Service:
The server kept pointing to the QR code telling me I needed to the review before I had even gotten my food. She said it like three times until I showed her my phone was literally dead. It made the experience super uncomfortable off the rip. Later on my brother told me she probably made us do that so we could get a free sauce but she never communicated that and just kept telling me to do the review and pointing to it in a authoritative manner. Besides the sauce was garbage regardless, it tasted like pickle sauce. For this sole reason I am never coming back and now it makes sense why they have a 4.9 they are basically coercing people to leave a review right in front of the cashier which in turn makes almost everyone leave a good review due to the pressure of the cashier standing right in front of you. Plus they ask you for tip in the screen but they do that everywhere down here now a days however, it just added on to the weirdness of the situation.
Food:
On to the food, the burger was extremely tasty I give it a 4.3/5, however less sauce (I got the cheeseburger). The fries were alright but they just felt like a filler item not worth the extra cost by any means. The shake (I got Cookies and Cream or Oreo forgot what they call it) was amazing as well a 4.6/5. My biggest issue with this place is the price, a double should not run you $11 without anything else included. Not worth the price but I give credit where credit is due and it was tasty. However, due to my experience with the cashier I will never be coming back again. If that experience would not have happened then I would consider it regardless of the price but with that experience plus the...

The cashier had difficulty processing our order correctly and there were multiple communication issues that led to several mistakes with each burger and shake. Despite the menu being relatively simple, the errors continued even after we brought them to the staff’s attention multiple times.
A team member who appeared to be a manager (wearing a hat) stepped in to assist, but still seemed unclear on what the actual issue was. There were around eight employees at the front, and the loud, blasting music added to an already chaotic and overstimulating environment. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing.
While we were told we wouldn’t be charged for the mistakes, compensation wasn’t our goal — we simply wanted our correct order, which we eventually paid for after it was corrected. It’s also worth noting that the employees didn’t wear name tags, which made it difficult to address concerns directly. After everything was resolved, we noticed a shift in the front staff, with the man in the hat stepping in more actively.
This experience has unfortunately discouraged me from returning to this location. I hope the team receives the necessary support and training to improve guest experience...
Read moreThey ask you for a review when you pay so you can get free extra sauce which explains why the place has 4.5-5 stars but the reality is that it’s not a five-star joint.
I’ll copy paste from my other reviews (they make you scan all these QR codes to add a reviews), to save time.
The actual truth: it’s ok. Not a lot of space to sit, if you’re lucky there’ll be a spot. Small menu which is fine because it eliminates choice paradox. Classic house smashed burger was taste-full, though warning it’s very greasy. So greasy and salty I got a stomach ache... The brownie chocolate milkshake was good.
They don't have trays or anything for you to eat. They give you the food in to-go bags. So you have to eat directly on the table, BUT--We had to wipe down our own table because it wasn't clean.
Interesting, and I would have given it three stars but again it wasn’t clean when we went. So it made me question the overall state of things behind the counter if the customer-facing area was dirty. I would probably only come back for the milkshake to go not the burger--it's just wayyyy to greasy (and the sauce...
