Shake Shack Middletown — Restaurant in Middletown Township

This is only the second time I have ever been to a Shake Shack and as like my first experience it wast top notch. After placing our order, my wife and I sat down and waited 8 mins, our experience began. Sha our server Came to the table with a smile that lit up the room. She asked if she could get us anything else, (she even offered some suggestions) we asked for mayo and ketchup. Sha came back before I could finish a sentence. Besides the ketchup and mayo she explained that she had also brought a mayo/ ketchup mix that Shake Shack offers. Sha was amazing. We ate our meal and our drink was almost gone - I got up to go purchase another one and another staff member stated …”you purchased one already…FREE REFILLS ….” This may be the norm at Shake Shack but it blew me away. Love the food - Love the service- Loved Sha, And LOVE FREE...

I put my order in on the computer. It said I would get a text when my order was ready. Waited and waited and waited and got no text. I go back in to find that my food was on the counter for who knows how long. It's cold. The bacon wasn't cooked all the way. The milkshake tasted great, but was no longer a milkshake...just milk. Fries were undercooked. There are no combos so everything is ordered separately. The food is nothing special. I would actually prefer McDonald's over this place for food. The staff are total idiots. Didn't offer to make it right either when I told them I never got a text and everything was now cold. I would never go again.

I’ve been looking forward to the opening for months and have visited three times since the opening. I’ve had good experiences each time. Clean dining room, efficient service and yummy food. The burgers are very good, but on my most recent visit, I tried the avocado bacon chicken sandwich. 😍😍😍 It was the best chicken sandwich I’ve had in awhile, it was so flavorful! The chicken was so juicy. Only semi-complaint is that the fries are just ok, nothing special. I didn’t order any last time and just savored that beautiful chicken sammy. I’m not sure what others here complaining about pricing are talking about, it’s not the cheapest choice, but pretty standard for this day and age and for the quality you’re getting.
