We have ordered from Tai Hing at least 10 or 15 times over the last couple of years. It's always been subpar, but acceptable and affordable for a quick bite. However, today both the food and service were disgusting. The General Tso's chicken was soggy and filled with uncooked corn starch and batter. The spring rolls were squishy and tasted old. The fried rice was wet and flavorless. Inedible and I feel sick to my stomach. I am usually the guy who will eat something just to avoid it going to waste, but I actually had to throw this all out. We called to politely ask about a refund, and were told flat out that we should have asked for the food "well done" if we didn't want it soggy. Shameful. There are plenty of Chinese takeout places in the area that know how to properly cook their food and are still affordable. We will never return.

Excellent Experience Just ordered from Tai Hing and wow, what a deal! For $77, we got what seemed like $200 worth of top-notch Chinese food. Everything was delicious, from the starters to the main courses. The ordering process was easy and the delivery was quicker than expected, with nothing missing. Highly recommend for quality and value!.

AWFUL!!!! DON’T COME HERE! My boyfriend and I were traveling from New York to Gunnison beach and we were late because of NY traffic and hungry. I usually don’t eat Chinese food, but this restaurant was close and we thought it was be fast. I ordered one fried rice with wings. When we got to the beach and ate the food the rice was extremely bland but that wasn’t the main issue. My boyfriend and I each ate one wing and we noticed something was very off with the taste. As we continue to eat it we realize that the chicken was spoiled because it extremely sour. It was bad! Called the restaurant to tell them about the issue and they said that I need to return the food even though we were not in that area. So we drove 40 minutes back to the restaurant even though we live in New York ( extended our 2 hr drive home). They checked the food and didn’t want to give us a refund because “half of the food was eaten”. Mind you, it was two of us and we both took one wing and ate some of the rice. It was ridiculous. They were extremely rude, arguing with us and kept saying no one else had that issue. Not because no one else complained, means we didn’t have a bad batch. Eventually, they give us $5 back of the $10 + we paid. I get it, it’s not a lot of money but it’s the principle. If One pays for something, no matter the price, one deserves good quality. The lady working there also brought the uncooked chicken over to show me, picked it up, while she was just touching money and the register. Another thing, we had to leave the beach early to come to the restaurant because they said they were closing by 10. Needless to say, I won’t be returning and I highly wouldn’t recommend anyone come to...

I have raved about this place for years. I always loved their general tso’s chicken until today! What I got was not chicken at all but literally just corn starch pieces. This was actually disgusting. At least half the pieces of “chicken” had no meat at all and the other half very little meat. I haven’t been here in a while and I know times are hard right now, but seriously how cheap is this place getting to the point where they are charging $15.40 for a meal and 95% of the pieces of “chicken” have absolutely no meat in it at all. I literally spit out almost every piece. Absolutely shameful. I’m never coming here...
