I have had nothing but stellar experience from them. The quality and varieties of the chocolates has made my extended family big fans with the vegan and boozy options similarly well-received. Even during the busy Christmas times when you can tell they're busier than usual they're still willing to talk/update their customers to keep up to date on larger orders.

But perhaps the most amazing experience I had was an order I made where I added a joke note to the sender and to my surprise not only had they handwrote what I can best describe as ramblings from a child, but they changed the shipper name to something equally silly to match the humor without me asking.

I can offer nothing but high praise and repeat business for being one of the best businesses I had the honor of frequenting.

P.s. If you are reading this, the shipment from "Alfredo Chinchilla" was very well-received. Also apologies for handwriting that note, I can't imagine...

2 Chicks with Chocolate makes incredible chocolates! Each bonbon is an explosion of flavor and a true treat. I especially love gifting their Advent Calendars at Christmas—it's such a fun and thoughtful way for loved ones to enjoy a little surprise each day leading up to the holiday. I always get daily texts from friends and family raving about the “chocolate of the day”—they never stop loving it!

Their customer service is just as impressive. During one of their bonbon sales (my absolute favorite!), there was a small mix-up with my order—a different chocolate was sent by mistake, which was a first. One quick call, and it was resolved right away. They immediately sent out the correct item, no hassle at all.

I can’t say enough great things about this small business. They genuinely care about their customers and it shows in everything they do....

Following up on my wife's review and owner response, here's a little more. After ordering 3 boxes and committing to $130 in charges, i expressed interest in the new cannoli candy. I was informed they were $2 each. That wouldn't have been a free sample , that would have been good business to offer 2 pieces. $4 total for free. Here is the issue, there are always variables that affect the business:vendor costs, material costs, enployee wages etc. And yes that has to be passed ro customers to some degree, but when a loyal customer of a small business begins to feel slighted, it becomes a death sentence for that business. Sad but true. Product remains fantastic but there are others. I hope this store rethinks their position. Until then we...
