I would give it zero stars if I could. I came in for a repair to my wedding band after a diamond fell out. When I came in I was greeted by a women named Bianca. After a week and a half of not hearing anything about my ring they brought me back to tell me they broke my entire ring. It was shattered into pieces. Of course it was only 2 years old and discontinued. They told me because it was there fault that I could pick any ring from the store for the same value. She then pointed me to the clearance section and told me that is where my husband got it from. I told her to that I was with my husband when WE picked it out together and it was not from the clearance section. After a few dirty looks she looked in the computer again and corrected herself that it was in fact not the case. I told her that I looked at all the rings and the ring I had was the ring I got marred with and that meant more to me then anything and nothing they had came close to it. She was very pushy and made comments like “ Any women would love to be in your position and get a new ring.” Well I’m not like every women and I want the ring I was married with its sentimental to me. After hours of looking she finally tells me they can cast a new ring that looks exactly the same. Why wouldn’t you tell me that from the beginning!!!! Then months later with emails going back and forth about corrections needing to be made to the cast and being made to feel stupid when asking question because I’m not a jeweler and don’t know what I’m talking about but I do know what my ring is supposed to look like the ring was finally done. I took one look at the ring and it was wrong. Bianca told me well you signed off on it. The only reason I did is because you told me it would look like what I wanted. Bianca acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about and said it looked just like my original ring. The corrections I wanted never got done. I’m so unhappy with this ring and also it’s to small and doesn’t fit so I cant even wear it. Also I paid over 1,000. on a ring I was supposed to...
Read moreI bought 2 wedding men's wedding bands for myself online. I know my ring size and I used a ring sizer that I had. One ring was delivered to my home and the other ring was in limbo. I figured it had to be made and sized so I waited a couple of weeks. The ring that was delivered to my home was a size and a half to big. I could not return the ring online, I had to go to the store to do the return. When I arrived to the store I returned the ring and asked the associate what the process was for the delivery of my second ring. He said let me see if it is here. Guess what? The ring was sitting in the store the whole time. I asked him if anyone was going to call me, since online it did not give me an update. He said they don't know what's delivered to them and they don't call people. How am I going to know my ring is there? I try on the second ring and that ring was a size to small. Had to get that ring resized as well. My wife wanted to buy a mothers ring. We were shown samples in a book. We wanted our sons names engraved on the ring as well. We ordered the ring and a week later it came in. It to was the wrong size. Mind you they sized my wife finger and it was a size to small. When they measured the ring it was made to small. The inscriptions had to be viewed through a microscope. You could not see it with your naked eye. At that point we were done. We did not want her wring and refunded our deposit. We received a call a week later saying that they would discount her mothers ring if we still wanted it. I am guessing since it had our sons birth stones they could not sell it. Instead of leaving the inscription which you could not see anyway they sanded the names off and resized the ring. We arrived and bought the ring and when we got home and opened t he box there was no ring in the box. YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!! The incompetence runs high at...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would! We will never ever go back to this store. Since we got engaged in 2018, every single time we visit the store, there is some fiasco. Nothing is ever simple. Buying our wedding bands took all day, you would think we were buying a car. We already had them picked out and on our wish lists. Their computer system is so old, it never can find our account, credit line, etc. Since COVID, do not even waste your time. Our wedding reception was in July due to being rescheduled from COVID, I called two weeks prior to have our wedding bands inspected and cleaned since we had been wearing them since our backyard wedding in April. I explained the situation and was told they could have our bands back to me by Monday 7/13.... our reception was on 7/11!!! I needed our rings for the photographer. I told them never mind, I would clean myself. Rescheduled our inspections for later in July and my wedding band was missing a diamond. My husband made an appointment to pick it up a whole week later during his lunch break and it was NOT READY when he arrived. He had to come back after work at 5:30 to pick it up. Fast forward a week later and my band is missing another diamond!! I make an appointment myself to spare my husband’s sanity and schedule for him to pick it up 4 days later on his lunch break again. He gets there today and it is NOT READY! Needless to say he was not happy. The employees admitted that they are short staffed and overworked. We understand times are crazy but if you are making appointments, you should be prepared for them.. and if repairs aren’t ready, call the customer and let them know so they do not show up to the store!! So disappointed that we have spent over 10K...
