Once I decided, I needed a new mattress, I went online to see where I could purchase one. Since I believe in supporting local businesses, I decided to use Mattress Firm. When I visited the Store, Lori was working. She introduced herself and showed me what was available to meet my needs. I selected a Sterns and Foster Mattress and completed my purchase. Initially, I could not give a date to receive the mattress since I was having other work done in my home. Once that was out of the way, I set the appointment up. The crew arrived between the designated hours and ready to go to work. It all went very smoothly until we realized brackets would be needed. I immediately contacted Lori who produced the necessary paperwork to reschedule and complete the setup. The second visit occurred within the given time projection and two very polite young men showed up. In no time the installation was completed. I was satisfied with my purchase ofrom beginning to end. Our new Beautyrest Pressuresmart Plush bed "is" comfortable however missed a few marks. It's not cooling as advertised and is smaller than our previous Queen sized bed, perhaps a "Full Plus" but definitely not a Queen! That being said, we've slept well. We made an appointment and were the only customers in the store to support social distancing in the Covid-19 reality we find ourselves in. "Mark" was personable, helpful, and professional guiding our selection and was non-pushy. Delivery came in 3 days, the drivers were prompt, courteous and helped set it up and install the adjustable base that came with the promotion. They moved our old mattress in the garage which we plan to keep. We only received 1 of the 2 pillows we ordered and had to call the store to re-order and pick up the 2nd one. The visit was ok. I knew what I wanted so Lori didn't have to do much, I basically looked at one mattress and bought it. I had the frame but was not sure it would fit so she said well just buy it and if you don't need it refuse delivery and we will credit your account. I set up the day for a week later to make it easier I'm retired and all we do is babysit our young grandson, however the delivery was an hour late . When it seemed like it was going to affect my babysitting i called and she said she would try to get it quicker. When it was 2 hours late she left me a voicemail that said she would refund my account the shipping and the frame and that it would take 4 days or so.
