Subway — Restaurant in Middletown

My husband went to this subway and purchased a sandwich. When he got it home the bacon was raw so he took it back. He didn’t have a receipt because he went through the drive through and wasn’t given one. He was asked if he had a receipt he said no. The employee of Subway said they didn’t make the sandwich he had today. My husband replied so what am I doing here trying to scam you out of a $9.00 sandwich?!? Another me employee said he made the sandwich and the girl replied she had no record of it in the register. They proceeded to make my husband another sandwich using the same meat from the original sandwich. He told them he wanted a new sandwich, they replied they could t give him a new one because the inventory would be off... Huh!?! My husband asked for his money back and it was given to him. I’ll NEVER patronize this Subway!!! The management at this place is terrible!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor go to...

I think it’s pretty inappropriate for the employees here to be sitting in the lobby relaxing during operating hours. When we drove in they were sitting at the tables and watching us pull in. With this atmosphere clearly unwelcoming we decided to not dine here. As we drove around the building to leave the employees were STILL sitting down and watching us. We went to Wendy’s next door and the employees were cheerful and friendly. As we left Wendy’s the employees had gotten up and were nowhere to be seen. As a former food service worker I would have been in so much trouble for doing this. It might seem harsh to give a 1 star for this but it looks bad for business to have employees that don’t care...

I ordered roast beef sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cucumber. What I got was peppers which I am deathly allergic to! I called up to speak to the manager and he said if I brought back the uneaten portion that he would make me another. After being in the bathroom praying to the porcelain God for half an hour the last thing I wanted was to get dressed and go back out in the heat again. No other recompense was offered and he brushed off my concerns. This site needs to do better. ...
