I wouldn't even give one star to this place very rude customer service. Been here 5 times and each time was bad experience first time ask for a specific brand in wine they aren't familiar with any wine brands,secondly while greeting cashier and finalized my purchase she asked if I need a bag well who goes out of store with bottle in hand not a lady I hope and not to mention very rude as if she didn't want to work there. Thirdly I waited in line with no one at register of course should I expect better. Was just in a hurry and it was just convenient from traveling a distance when all store were to lock with the next 10 minutes. Rude. Uncomfortable. They made me feel less than. I have dodge this place for a bit.. I went in tonight because my spirit go to place was closed. Terrible vibe. All of the employees constantly wear a big frown. Either there terrible to work for or they are surrounded in misery. The feeling is that you have to run in, get your stuff, and run out. Not relaxing at all. Especially if your shopping for wine.
