Must be the worst run Taco Bell in the country.
Today's result will certainly be the last time I ever visit. First, my attempt to enter the lobby at 6pm on a Sunday is a no-go. Doors are locked. Great.
So I go thru the dreaded drive-thru (which is always so crazy slow here) and as luck would have it, I get right to the speaker! Only three cars ahead of me too so perhaps this time will be a good time. Nope.
Place a simple order for a #6. No baja blast (as usual), so bottle of water. 10 minutes later, I'm still at the speaker, no movement. As I'm about to back up and give up, another car pulls in so I'm stuck. Ohh well, can't be too much longer.
After another 10 minutes, I get to the window. Thinking it's been 20 minutes since I ordered, the tacos would be ready, I pay and an dissapointed once again! 7 more minutes and then the window opens with my bag and bottle of water. 27 minutes since I ordered, and with the lobby closed, all they accomplished was four DT orders in half an hour. Four orders in half an hour, on a Sunday night at 6pm.
The person who took my order didn't offer sauce, didn't upsell, and I received no sauce in my bag. The person who gave me my order was texting the entirety of the time I was waiting at the payment window and for the first time (kind of angry) I asked "What is the reason for tonight's delay" ... the gentleman said "just really busy". I LOL'ed.
The owner of this established should be ashamed of themselves. The KFC / McDonalds and Dunkin next to them are always more efficient, with lines and full dining rooms and this place is pulling in $100 an hour during dinner. Not to mention, they just raised their prices by 20% with the classy stickers over the old prices menu board ... $13 for three tacos and a bottle of water.
Never again. I look forward to seeing what will take this stores place in 12 months when it inevitably goes belly-up.
Great tacos tho. ...
Read moreRefused food, waited in line for 30 minutes to pull up to the speaker and be told "it'll be 45 minutes to an hour for food " so I kept reciting my order and was rudley interrupted . Again I was told "it's a 45 minute to 1 hour wait for food , we're not taking orders due to too many online orders and a lack of staff" she told me there were only two people there so I drove of and immediately sent corporate a message . Fast forward a few day and I tried calling the store and asked for a manager I was told "I will not give you my managers info" when I asked the employee who said she was the manager for her name , she refused and told me " she doesn't have to disclose that" So another few days of no return call from anyone I called corporate again and was finally heard . I decided to stop by the store and ask personally to speak to a manager. Again someone stepped up and said she was the manager but refused to give me a name or take my info to pass along to a manager . That's when I got corporate on the phone again and they put me in touch with the district manager who couldn't belive what the manager was saying as I had speaker phone on. The "manager then locked the doors and called the police and tried to tell them I was harassing her and they told me to stay off the property unless someone higher up says different . I drove home and my phone e rang again It was the DM thanking me for letting her know what was happening , she said the "manager" is no longer employed there and I am more than welcome to come back , and that when I do to call her and she will comp my order . Without customers you don't have a business , thanks to one DM this problem was solved ,even thou all I wanted was an apology ... bad service cost someone her job...
Read moreI love Taco Bell but this location has some smooth-brained employees. I often go there an hour to 30 mins before they are supposed to close and all the lights are off and nobody is there. Many times when happen to catch them when they are open, some problem occurs like the system being down or some other issue. When I do eventually get my food I always have to wait 15 minutes regardless if there is a line. I just ordered doordash and picked it up in store. I walked and no one was at the counter. So I sat and expected my food to come out and be placed where it said “online order pickup.” I waited around another 15 minutes before I went up the counter to say something. I had to wait another 5 minutes before someone actually showed up to the counter so I could speak to them. I told them I was there to pick up the order, and the person working there looked for a few seconds and pulled my food out from some counter. It was done the whole time. My food was not warm and I shouldn’t have had to ask for my online order to be ready if you have a spot to pick it up. Whats the point of having that spot? I know the employees don’t care if I never go there again, but I urge others not to got there don’t waste your time or money. There are many other options nearby like Chipotle, Subway, Wendy’s, McDonalds, and...
