I haven't lived in CT for nearly 20 years. Yet, for some reason these people call me constantly. I still have an 860 area code number.

"Wrong number", you say? Well, you may be right- hell, you're almost certainly right- I definitely didn't order sub-par food from a completely different state. That doesn't stop them though. Try to explain it to them? Nah, doesn't matter. They hang up and call again, blowing up my phone anyway. And I mean they blow up my phone. I get dozens of calls. Ignore it, dismiss the call, block the number, doesn't matter. They call from a different number. Landline numbers, cell numbers, they all seem to swarm when they either A) misread the number on the order or B) clearly get a random number on an order. No clue why mine is popular, but these folks clearly don't care.

All this said; I won't ever bother giving this operation my business the next time I'm back around my old home area in CT. I would rather eat dirt than give a business that is so slipshod that it can't figure out what is going on my money.

I've never had an issue with this place until the last 2 weeks. A week ago, I ordered egg rolls, chicken low mein and Kung pao shrimp. The egg rolls and low kein were hood. The Kung paper shrimp was good until you ate the peanuts.. they were stale and a little rancid. Come today, I figured I'd give them another try and order chicken low mein, shrimp fried rice and boneless spare ribs. The rice was a little stalw tasting. The chicken low mean was fine, but they gave me beef low mein instead of spate ribs. Called up and they said just come down. After driving all the way home, didn't feel like going back out.. maybe later?? And the thing is the person who took my order told me what was in the bag when ready. Always double check. But due to some of the food not tasting fresh, I will not go there again. As a matter of fact, I'll be making a report to the health department. Especially after reading other reviews for...

Tonight had a horrible experience here! Started with ordering the food. They must of had there child taking orders who was very rude and couldnt get the order right at first! Then maybe 15 minutes after placing the order the called asking where I was and that gentlemen was even worst then there kid with being rude. When i got there within 5 minutes after the call I turned around and had to wait for my food to be finished cooking!! SMH The beef lo mein we ordered was basic just noodles that were dry and literally had no meat in it!! Also to top it off the sauce for the chicken fingers we ordered was water down and had things floating in it! This was our go to Chinese place all the time but after tonight they will never see another penny from me again and will HAVE NOTHING NICE TO SAY ABOUT FORTUNE WOK IN...
