Mattress Firm Short Hills — Hotel in Millburn

Excellent so far…. Steffany G. was the Mattress Firm sales representative who assisted us in their Short Hills, New Jersey. Surprisingly enough, she was exceptional. She wasn’t a high pressure type salesperson and was very knowledgeable about everything related to bedding.

We had initially stopped in to check into replacing our existing mattress with two mattresses and separate adjustable bases. We had not planned on actually buying anything that day. After spending some time perusing through their selection and getting educated by Steffany, we decided to purchase everything that day.

We have not yet received the mattresses and adjustable base frames as we just ordered everything yesterday, so I can’t provide a complete review of Mattress Firm or the Tempurpedic products yet.

Mode and her manager Judy truly went above and beyond with exceptional customer service, and I am still forever grateful!

Shortly before our wedding, my husband and I had family unexpectedly need to stay with us for some time, and with all the moving pieces, we needed a new bed for guests ASAP. Mode was incredibly patient as we asked 100 questions and tested every bed variation possible, and Judy did everything in her power to ensure our bed shipped ASAP and as smoothly as possible.

To put icing on the cake, the box spring didn’t fit up our staircase when it arrived, and Judy had her team quickly provide an alternative that worked, all ahead of our wedding and guests arriving!

I recently helped my Mom purchase her bed last year and Peggy made it an easy experience for her. Peggy was very knowledgeable, patient & helpful. So, when we needed to make our own mattress purchase, Mattress Firm was my first choice to visit as I planned on shopping around a bit before we bought. We were greeted and helped by Leo, who was a delight to work with. Peggy was at another location but got on the phone to greet us back and told us we were in good hands. She was right. Leo was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to accommodate us. He answered every question and made sure we took the time to make the right purchase.
