The selection must have been better earlier in the season. I visited the day before Halloween, and they didn't have a certain item I hoped for (professional fangs) and ran out of fake blood, etc., but they still had a decent selection especially considering the last minute trip! Sort of big store, surprisingly not too crowded. Not as messy as another reviewer wrote... I found it hard to believe one could spend so long looking for an item in a store that's really not that huge (for example, the target on mifflin is way bigger), so maybe they were referring to a different location. I could not get anyone on the phone before I visited, bummer. And the staff were really unhelpful and grumpy. They basically told me to find things myself. Another worker grumbled to himself while cleaning up an isle. I get it, customers shouldn't make a mess like that, but be happy you have a job and no need to make other customers who are more considerate feel less welcome. Prices kinda kinda high. In spite of these little issues, i'm glad there is a store of its kind for last minute trick or treaters. And they have some really cool props... like this awesome walking Chucky...

However it was not her size and the lady who assisted me mentioned she did not have any in stock room. As we went to pay for the item I said to my daughter infront of cashiers we were goin got try another store. 30 minutes later we came back to return it as in fact we found what we were looking for at another store. The manager was rude and cared less about my situation as I do not need to stay with a 3rd costume. Her response was everyone here is telling our customers there is no returns only exchanges, and also said with these exact wordsā you like every other customer comes here and tells me the same thingā I was furious when the manager said this to me with a smirk look on her face. Her solution was if I didnāt want to get another costume that I should just buy house decorations. I donāt need house decorations I need my $60 back. She showed no empathy whatsoever. No one said to us that there was no returns, nor were there any signs, had anyone said anything I would have NOT...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNot sure itās the same manager on a past review here but whoever Joe is , bad bad bad boy, selective discount policies, I was in line waiting and thereās some promotion 20 % off , with a coupon, well the lady in front of me did not had any coupon and he told her , and I quote I applied a 20% discount to your total, she was surprise she said thank you so much for that , itās my turn and since I was complaining about the policy of no fitting the costumes while he was totalizing my order I ask for the 20 % discount he reply to me if I had a coupon , I was like no you just gave 20% off to the lady in front of me , and I mention that I had stoped previously at the Woodbridge store and got 20% off without a coupon, anyways I left the store, go to Woodbridge Spirit the Atmosphere itās better the workers seem happier over there. By the way I just notice the coupon itās on the webpage , have it with you cause the only way to get it without it itās being a good girl or boy to Joe , I call him fat joe, just a inner circle joke ....
