I want to start off by saying that it is very rare that I write reviews. I’m very forgetful and I’m lazy but this is one review that I had to take my time and write lol.
#1 . I do not live in the area, I only go to this Chipotle because it is close to my doctors office.
i live in Warren
#2. I am writing this review on December 17, 2024. The last time I came to this chipotle location, was back in August 2024 when I left my doctors office.
#3 I remember coming here back in August and there was no ice for my drink. Also, when I came here back in August, I noticed that the station where they pack online orders with FILTHY. I watched the young lady make an order and it was a complete mess. if you’re thinking about placing an online order, I would say don’t do it.
did i mention they don’t have ice !!!? my coke was hot
I told the young man I wanted a burrito….He grabs a bowl and starts putting rice into the bowl. I responded by telling him that I just asked him for a burrito and he says with an attitude “BURRITO? or BOWL” …. Which I sarcastically responded “ I asked for a burrito, sooo”
since he wants to be a funnyass
The young lady asked me if I wanted to guacamole, I responded no. I get to the register and the cashier is ringing me up for guacamole (The same guacamole that I just told the other girl that I did not want). Please keep in mind that there is no guacamole in my bowl. So here I am hovering my phone over the register so that I can do Apple Pay. I was charged almost 3 dollars for guacamole that I never asked for. So I ended up getting the guacamole on the side since I have already paid for it.
i don’t even like guacamole….but cool i guess
Did I mention they never have ice? They didn’t have ice in August and they don’t have ice today. What a complete hell is going on lol
is there an ice shortage ??
Besides the jerk who didn’t hear me say I wanted a burrito… Everyone else is super nice.
i mean it, they’re nice people, i blame the manager for the lack of quality
Side note: I think that they need to get a better system. Maybe hire people that actually know what they’re doing, and hire people who can LISTEN and not just hear. (because i definitely said BURRITO) haha
I WILL be returning to this chipotle maybe in the next three months… I don’t even want to buy anything, I just want to make sure they have ice lol… And if they don’t, I will be causing a scene (kidding, but seriously, no ice ?)
If you are craving chipotle, please don’t go here. Just go to the Wawa across the street and get a...
Read moreThe quality of this Chipotle has been consistently poor since the COVID-19 pandemic started. Wait times have become 30 to 45 minutes longer than indicated on the app, and this is not just an issue with my own orders but also an issue I've been hearing from my friends who order at this location. The quality of the service is also poor: multiple times, the bowl is barely filled up with food, even though I always ask for extras of certain ingredients. Today, they completely forgot half the ingredients in my order (screenshot of receipt attached) and when I went back to ask them to fix my order, they forgot the chicken and veggies AGAIN (picture of bowl attached). The quality of the food is also worse compared to before the pandemic: often, the rice is half undercooked, the lettuce/salad is not fresh (visible dark spots on some leaves), and the chicken is overcooked. I've ordered at this location around 20 times in the past year, and these problems with small portions, bad food quality, and long wait times consistently happen. I liked to order at this location to support various fundraisers Millburn High School clubs hold with Chipotle, but the overall quality of this location is extremely disappointing, especially when compared to before, and I will no longer be ordering here. I've heard friends have had similar problems with this location and these consistent problems clearly reflect management's negligence. I've always really liked Chipotle's food and I was so excited when they opened a location near me, so it is sad to see the current state of the...
Read moreI normally have had good experiences with the Chipotle franchise. It is the first timeI have ever used Chipotle app. The app itself is fine. Very easy to use. Pretty intuitive. It is very disappointing that I have to give this review for the Morris Ave. Springfield store. I stood at the register for about 2 minutes before I could get the attention of the people in front of me. The store had two people sitting and dining, and there were two gentlemen waiting at the register to pick up online orders like myself. It did not appear to be busy, but the two people behind the counter seemed rushed. I had finally gotten their attentionand gave them my name. They told me my order was not ready, as I stared at the bag with my name on it, which was sealed as it was ready. I pointed out my bag, and the person seemed confused. That should have been a warning for me to check my order, however, as I have said, I have had no problems with Chipotle before. I left with my order, and went to work. When I opened my order for my dinner break, I found that it was incomplete. I got the Carne Asada Wholesome Lifestyle Bowl. What I got was a bowl of lettuce, some diced tomato, and meat. There was absolutely no guacamole or fajita veggies. If I'm paying $16 and leaving a tip, I expect my order to be complete and prompt. It's basic customer service. Normally, I give the benefit of doubt to restaurants. However, this was nearly an hour past any normal lunch rush, there was a total of five customers on the floor, two of which were...
