Wawa — Restaurant in Millville

Wawa is always the same, which is a good thing. They always have plenty of help. The employees all seem to be team players. I see them help each other serve the customers. The employees are friendly and kind, in general. I've heard people say otherwise, but you have to look at the big picture. It is a convenience store and is certainly convenient. I get what I go there for in a short period of time and it is almost always a pleasant experience. I went once with a friend who wanted a specific coffee flavor, which they don't have made after 10 pm. He asked and the high school age employee seemed happy to accommodate him. I thought he was pushing the limit but he told me he does it all the time. What more could you ask for? Service, descent prices and quality products. I'm sold on the place. Today I was craving a smoothie. I accidentally ordered the wrong item, and being lactose intolerant - that would be a very bad start to my morning.

Krista, an employee here, understood my needs and kindly made me another drink (without dairy). She could have been upset or just said I ordered what I ordered. Instead, she was so kind. Sometimes we make mistakes as humans (especially waking up early!). I know Wawa reads these surveys and Krista is definitely worth writing about. Thank you so much!

I ordered food. Was promised free delivery waited over an hour. NOTHING was delivered!!! The driver first claimed to have delivered my food, then claimed that he couldn't find the house, finally decided to eat the food I had paid for! I waited another hour.
