This has to be the one and only worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've been too. My manager and I are in corporate telecommunications and she decided to throw a team event at this location in Millville. My manger had it set for a party of 18. You would think there would be 2 servers handling the table but there wasn't. There was one server that would come to attend and check up on us every 15 to 20 minutes. It was awful. The moment you ordered a drink you had to pray for him to return back with your order. Let's not get into the food orders. One team member placed a simple of of mozzarella sticks and ordered a second drink. His food or drink never came out. He stood there an extra hour and a half and the food never came out. He tried to signal the server the few times he decided to show face but the server would just be quick and leave. To top it off other servers would come to our tables to ask us if we were done with our Margarita cups because they ran out of glasses and needed ours. But the most worst part of it all was when the server who never showed face like he should've to our table decided to come back with the manager to let us know that we wouldn't be able to have any more drinks. When my managers husband asked why she said that corporate has been keeping an eye on that location for the amount of drinks they serve a table and since that location is "corporate" they won't be able to serve anymore drinks. Keep in mind that out of 18 team members 14 of us had 1 to 2 drinks, my manager had 3 beers and her husband had 7 Miller Lites. My manager was humiliated in front of all of us in the team. That was truly uncalled for because we had the worst service and experience ever received at a bar/dine in restaurant and our server was VERY horrible. Mind you this location was not busy at all. I was in shock with how bad it was. My manager did not deserved to be humiliated or have the server antagonize her husband by telling him "you can enjoy this nice cup of ice water" as his manager told us her "Corporate" story. It was all uncalled for. Never again would we throw an event here nor would I recommend this...
Read moreCame out with some friends and decided to grab dinner here, waitress started out good, I believe her name is Coco. Put our order in around 8:15, waited about an hour to get our food, she came to check on us about twice telling us that she's sorry the food is taking so long yada yada. Got our food, my friends got the meal before me, waitress was like "And what did you order?" HUH?? There is barely any customers in there and she's forgetting peoples orders, came out with my food wings are soggy and aren't hot, she forgot the dipping sauces for me and my friend, brought napkins and utensils out last minute, the fries tasted like they've been sitting out for a half hour, not fresh, not hot. She came by again and i asked for a check, I wanted to split it and before I even told her how many ways I wanted to split it she just walked away really fast..There is 4 people at this table. She came back with 4 different receipts, I said "Ma'am I wanted to split this in 2 not 4" she said "I'm so sorry i'll get this fixed" no problem. Waited about 15 minutes for her to split it, she came back with this long receipt and said we are having trouble with it so here's the whole bill, I'm sorry how can you split it into 4 ways but can't split it into 2? Gave her a $3 tip. Left and checked my bank account to see if any funny business was going on, turns out she charged me twice! She took out $62 of my bank account and didn't charge my friend a penny. Went back and talked to the manager, she disputed the payment, put the money back in my account, and I also asked her to take the tip money off of it, I'm sorry but if you're waitress doesn't remember customers food, or can't keep up with the pace of the restaurant, that's not a good sign. Left and had my money returned into my account. I give manager props she was very nice and helpful. The waitress was standing right next to her and did not say one word to me. Not a sorry or anything from her. Surely she needs some more training no matter how long she has been there. I have worked in the food industry, splitting checks and making sure customers have what they need is not...
Read moreThis was my first time eating here, and i wasn't impressed. The place had been open for about an hour and was still empty so service should have been on point. It wasn't!
The bar tender was polite, but she didn't seem interested in being there. She was more interested in other areas of the restaurant even though there were only 3 of us in the place and we were sitting at the bar. Not a group just 3 individuals.
I know the lunch shift on a Monday is always slow at most restaurants, I just thought she would have tried to talk to her patrons to build up her tips but she wasn't interested.
The wings were a 5 out of 10 at best. I ordered the Jerked wings and fries with quaso. The flavor of the wings were on point but the were murdered by the fryer or heat lamp. Same with the fries, they were almost impossible to eat.
Both items were way over cooked, extra crispy would be kind to say. The wings were like rocks and the fries were literally impossible to eat even letting them soak in the quaso for 10 minutes didn't help.
This was my first time eating at a BWW and I was looking forward to the food after seeing the commercials. I don't think I'll go back to this...
