Horrible. Had an appointment with the owner Danny- at first they were shaped nice and idk what happened from there after the help polish was put on- the nails look horrendous like a 5 year old painted them. Polish on my skin, all up in my cuticles, nails bulging out and curved, bubbles and bumps under the polish- I initially asked for OPI funny bunny and they came back with the shein version and tried to act like it was no big deal- they didn’t have the OPI version so I said go ahead- got “high quality” chrome over time - had my nails one day and they’re already chipping - they are uneven - like my two thumb nails are 2 different lengths and shapes. To top of off they had no air so I was sweating and it was not an enjoyable experience. After my nails were done Danny took me to the pedicure spa and turned the water on and acted like he was going to do my toes but then turned around and has someone at his table for nails and told me to soak my feet and someone would be over to do them- mind you, my appointment was with Danny so idk why anyone else would do them but they were busy so I said fine- I sat there with my feet soaking in hot water for 20 minutes before anyone came to me so I took my feet out bc they had no air and I was about to pass out with my feet in literal hot water - one of the workers yelled at me to soak my feet and I said I’ve been soaking for 20 mins it’s too hot I’m gonna pass out- finally the lady does my toes- asks if I want them cut I say yes- cut them all crooked - one nail is into the skin on one side and above on the other- overall my nails and toes look terrible and it cost me $105!!!! There was nothing I could say because to fix them I would’ve had to get everything completely redone and it was just too hot in there and I didn’t have time- that’s what they’re banking on- doing rushed work to just get people in and out but knowing you don’t have time to complain or get them fixed. Horrible work, horrible service- and from the...
Read moreI always go there and yesterdays treatment and service was unacceptable. The lady is obviously not certified to do pedicures. She cut my toe nails very short and round. I’m licensed in cosmetology and know What the services entail. For pedicure a straight line is always the filing way. I told her multiple times I didn’t like round corners and I’m assuming she didn’t understand English. On top she cut my toenails so short that it hurt when I walk. I asked her to stop filing as it hurt and there was barely no nail left and she continued. Then she cracked my big toe nail cracking the edge. I asked her how was she going to fix it because it will hurt like the other ones do and she said she would put a little acrylic on the side not a tip. I asked her to not put a tip as I did before and it damaged my real toe nail. Using that cheese grader to file my foot is also not legal in the state of NJ. I calculated everything to be $90. I’m told $101 but I didn’t question it as I was already upset. I hand them $120 and as I’m getting my $19 back I’m told one amount has increased another $10. So I’m shorted change which I was going to tip then it anyway but when I asked I’m being told it’s because of the toetip is more which I did not ask her for toe tip, it wasn’t a even a toe tip just a corner of acrylic that she did because she cracked my nail. To fix her faulty service. So when I clarify I’m told to leave. To be treated like that is completely unacceptable especially when I’ve been a regular and we all know your nail techs are not legally allowed to...
Read moreI was excited as I had time for a mani and pedi. I upgraded to a spa pedicure as it had been awhile since my last pedi. The pedicure was ok. The nail polish didn’t look so good. So on to the manicure. It was the worst experience I’ve Ever had in a nail salon. She was rushing and stabbed me!, Yes Stabbed me with the cuticle clippers. She immediately put pressure on it and kept apologizing to me, she then kept flinging my hand around and hit me wet polish with her hand and tried to blame it, lol. She then stepped on my fresh but dry at this point toes, that weren’t even under her desk station. Smh, as she kept apologizing and tried to insinuate that it was somehow my fault I took her tip that I placed down and put it back in my pocket. She barely cut the rest of my cuticles, didn’t have me wash my hands before painting my nails and didn’t moisturizer my hands and also no cuticle oil on my hands. I could go on, however I’m trying to be nice about the worst nail salon experience I’ve Ever had in my 38 years on Earth.!! I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to go here. All true, All facts and only one other customer was in the salon when she started my manicure which was just cutting my cuticles, barely and then painting my nails after Stabbing me with the cuticle cutters, sorry I just can’t get over this...
