My far the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. I am a doordasher. I was there to pick up an order. 2 drinks were not in a cup holder. I asked a young lady where are the cupholders? She said the drinks were right there. I said no I need the cup holders. Because aren't these the drinks that go with this order? She said something that I couldn't make out because she was mumbling. I said I need a cup holder. Then a pregnant woman stepped in and said. The cup holders are right here on the side. We don't need to pack your stuff. We do it to be nice. This is my second incident with having to deal with someone having an attitude from miss communication. I then said i'm not coming anymore. She said that's fine you can leave and we can cancel. I've been in customer service for over 15 years. I have never spoke to a customer that way. I was very upset. I asked her how long she's been in customer service a month. Because her attitude was disgusting and she was very ignorant. Assuming that I was being rude to a little girl. then was being rude to me. We both started cursing at each. I left came back to explain that. I never was being rude or catching an attitude with a teenager. Another woman said she was gonna come outside and talk to me as if I was a child and two other children ( teens) walked out with her. They all look like they wanted to fight. Still accusing me of yelling at a little girl. I never once yelled at her. I was yelling at the pregnant woman. The only person that seemed to have some sort form of sense was the manager that seemed to have just pulled up. By far the worst customer service I have ever seen. The whole store needs to be retrained and taught what customer service truly is. If the pregnant woman was actually doing her job and helped her coworker, her coworker probably would have heard what I was saying. You pull up to the drive through which has 2-6 cars. It does not matter because it takes ten to fifteen minutes to get to the speaker no matter how many cars are in line. After you order your food you wait in que for another ten minutes to get to window two. At this window they take your money but ask you to pull ahead as your order will be another three minutes. So you sit for another eight minutes in your running car because you need the AC as it is 92 degrees outside. You get fed up because it has been twenty eight to thirty four minutes now and you park your car to go inside and stop wasting gas. Once inside you head for the counter trying to flag down someone. They all ignore you so you get into line to “Order” food. Once at the counter you ask for your food and they have no idea. You wait for them to find out where it went. Eventually a worker comes in from outside who was checking with random cars to find out where I went. I thank them for the food and the dining experience as at this point I have spent as much time in “Drivethrough” as I would have going into the restaurant.
