Crumbl — Restaurant in Murrieta

First off the customer service there is so rude I was there September 23rd first the guy told me they weren't taking any orders at the register only online so I placed my order online not knowing accidentally I placed my order for the wrong location then a lady walks up and then this guy comes and takes her order at the register had I been able to do the order at the register I wouldn't have accidentally place an order at the wrong place seeing that I have never placed an order for crumble cookie and didn't realize that there was location options. I asked if they could help me change the order over from the Menifee location to the Marietta they told me there was nothing that they could do so basically I had to either cancel my order and wait five days for my money to come back to my account or drive all the way to Menifee to pick up the order which happened to not have all the items that I wanted I was really irritated and mostly because the one guy was very rude and they told me they weren't taking orders at the register only online and then they turned around and took an order right in front of me completely ridiculous I then had to travel to Menifee to pick up my order wasted literally 2 hours of my time I will not be returning to the Murietta location. And on top of that one of the guys working there was shaking hands with a customer with his plastic gloves on then didn't change his plastic gloves and continue to touch all the food which was...

I’m disappointed… I placed an online order and said my order would be ready at 3pm. I got to the store and checked in on the app “I’m here” walked into the store because it said I was 2ND in line. This was at 3:05, the guy called out my name, looked at screen and said wow how many cookies do you have and their all individually boxed, I said yes 15 and he looks at his co worker to see if he heard. At this same time there is about 6 other people standing in the store. It’s now 3:30 and I still have not gotten my cookies… I asked him what was going on and he said he’ll do it shortly.. it’s now 3:40 and he begins doing my order at this time he comes to show me my cookies and I told him that’s ok I know it’s a lot and he said well I’ll set them on the counter and you can close all the lids and bag them yourself at this point I was frustrated as I have been waiting over 40 mins. They didn’t have large bags so I had to use 4 small bags. I closed each lid bagged and left.. only to go deliver them to my case managers at the hospitals to find out I’m missing 3 cookies. I first had Crumbl 5 years ago and it's been my favorite for desserts since. It is pricey and sometimes overly decadent, but the minis they added last year allow little tastes that are oh, so good. They also offer now their desserts (cakes, pies, etc.) in mini form. The decision whether to buy a couple or not became so much easier. They have also added so much patron choice and listen to people's feedback; they are truly doing the best in customer service and marketing. I will say, whether you like them, depends on how you like your cookies. My family is divided down the middle with their opinion on Crumbl. I absolutely love soft and nearly underbaked cookies, which is what they deliver on. If you prefer crunchy crispy cookies, then maybe try their desserts once in awhile as their cookies likely won't be your favorite.
