Epic Wings — Restaurant in Murrieta

A while back me and my bf were treated so unfair here. It wasnt too long ago but all we wanted was to eat and leave. We waited an hour and 10 min being patient, we both know fast food is stressful and It was busy so we gave it time, a bunch of people after us got served too, but we waited anyways. We were also served cold food. We didnt want to make a big deal over it so we ate it anyways. My bf went to the counter to get ranch because the server walked off, and the rude blonde kid at the cash register spelled out his name very extremly slow to my bf. And we weren't going to complain because it wasnt a big deal, and we didnt mention anything about our food being cold so i really dont know what happened, right after that my bf sat down and we were eating and the cashier came up to us and said "how's it going" but in a rude loud tone and i thought my bf knew him or might've said something to the cashier earlier but nothing like that happened? Then he said "yeah, yeah you know what ill be waiting for my manger to call me in, have a nice day yeah, buddy bye" as we just got up and left after he started going off. i really hate making a scene and it was really random and out of the blue what happened, it seems like a chunk of story is missing out of our part but literally thats what happened to us here and i dont know what made this kid snap, we are the same age as the kid probably, and arent very big on making scene in public. Ontop of that there were two middle-aged couple with a baby next to us so we were kinda shocked and embarrassed how much attention this cashier was dragging. The people next to us with the baby looked at us like we said something rude. It just looked really bad on our end. I wanted to point this out because i still dont know if that kid works there, but if he does, he needs better people-skills and not treat people rudely. im not all 100% about customers being right all the time so i think im being decent human-being. My wife and I love wings and things. Here's the consistent problem we've experienced. We always order extra wet 4 pc chicken tenders. We order extra wet because we've always ended up with extra dry chicken. After my wife got back into the car we looked at our meals and they were dry. She goes back in and they tell her we need to see the food..REALLY? All we wanted was 2 sides of sauce. So she comes back out to the car and says they need to see the food and I was shocked. The girl at the register was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience for us to request what we wanted. So we get home after they took our food to the back (which made me question if they spit in our food or not because of how there demeanor) and the food was literally soup. They put so much sauce on our chicken it was almost spiteful to be honest.

They always mess up the sauce combinations and almost never give me hot and honey bbq, always mild and honey or medium. Or they will give me all hot and a hint of honey bbq which is inedible for me because it's too hot. We've called and complained and they literally would not do anything about it.

We've had this issue time and time and time again and it's to point where we've had enough and refuse to eat here again. We've tried contacting management and they were no help. Oh well sucks because we really...

Went there for the first time. Accessible parking. Not very good inial impression. I felt like I was in a 3rd world country neigborhood place. No decoration, bar too bright, missing that pub or fancy bar look. The wings I ordered did not come well done, crispy as I requested, they refried because they were wet from the plastic container. The second time came crispy, but not well done. I did not even get celery with the wings. Bread sticks were just regular fresh hotdog bread with cheap garlic butter. Fries were served cold and not crispy. Not what I expected. Too expensive for what they offer. The wings had zero flavor. Cardenas has better well flavored wings. Even Hooters make it better. I should have gone to Cheesecake Factory where it is better and cheaper. Service was below standards. But the girls that work there did their job notifying the kitchen of my specific requests and were kind to ensure to fix the kitchen's mistake. I will never go to any Epic Wings, nor I recommend anyone that is looking to have tasty wings. Not sure why there is a sign stating "Voted best wings in San Diego", certainly...
