I stayed for one night. Woke up and felt a little itchy, checked out and within a few hours then realized the itchiness was from bites and bumps on my elbows and legs. I contacted the hotel online on 3/11, received a generic email saying someone would contact me within 3 days and never heard back. I contacted customer service on 3/17 (6 days later) and was placed on hold after I provided my case number. The rep came back on the phone after 15 minutes and said he'd talked to the manager and that pest control had been called and no sign of bed bugs in room. I let him know I had bites on my body and maybe there wasn't an absolute infestation, but I definitely had bed bug bites. No one else in my group had issues (we were all in different rooms). He left me on hold another 10 minutes or so and came back and said the manager would be contacting me and giving me a reimbursement through rewards points. This was not my request but at that point I was ok with that. After the call I received a generic email saying "we hope you are satisfied with the resolution" for any further assistance reply to this message. I logged into my rewards account a few days later and realized that I was only awarded the equivalent of $20/$25 dollars. This is unacceptable and not what was discussed. I have emailed Hilton again on 3/20 to let them know I need a full refund or equivalent of 1 night stay in points. Here we are 3/28 and no response. I tried handling this issue discreetly and allow them to resolve the issue and avoid any further issues with that room and have not been contacted appropriately or even at all! Every conversation I've had has been me contacting them looking for a resolution. I am very disappointed to...
Read moreI give only 2 stars cause whoever the guy at the front decks is was rude didn't bother catching his name cause that how irritated he had me. Both over the phone on Friday and in person Sunday checking in. I've never had a problem with Hampton Inn always greeted and felt welcome. I got ignored until he was done with paperwork or on his phone. Best believe I had said something to him about his attitude an asked if there was a problem if so I'll take my business elsewhere and clearly so did other walking by. I felt bad for the older gentleman that just wanted a cup of coffee but a fresh drew and cups was asking to much I guess. So I left so my husband could deal with him and got us checked in. My husband said clearly he doesn't like women cause he was nice to him but that was after he picked up the manager card at the desk. After a few hours later we had came back and he was still up front now slamming the trash lid as if seeing people walk in was a bother. Guess my family and others interrupted his vaping session out front bothered him either way if he doesn't like his job that's no reason to be rude. I highly doubt my family will be back to this location. Believe me I never write a bad review unless I felt disrespected. Second day there asking for towels for the pool area seemed to be to much for the guy I guess being on his phone in the dinning area was more important but he did get some. I also interrupted him again on his phone cause I was checking out earlier then what I wanted. Like I said highly doubt my family will be back to...
Read moreHad a 3 night stay in a king room with a sofa bed. The Hotel has a newer construction and is well kept. My room was near spotless when I first arrived. The rooms are spacious and we'll designed. Lots of power outlets and a fair amount of storage. No night stand drawers though. Nice large TV with cable. Microwave and mini fridge. The sofa was comfortable and good sized. Converts to a bed rather quickly. The closet and bathroom were good sized. Nice open concept in the bathroom. Everything was very clean and presentable. House keeping did a great job. Big perk for the bathroom is the nice and large vanity mirror. It was well lit and heated so feel free to take a shower first and not have to worry about a foggy mirror. The bed was clean and comfortable. A little on the firmer side but still comfortable. Overall the room was a solid 5 stars. Truthfully not much to really complain about. The hotel staff were friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was fantastic each morning offering a solid hot rotation and continental options. Internet was fast and reliable. Gym and pool were well kept. Only downside was the pool was rather small but it was heated.
In conclusion, I personally would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the west side of OKC or needs a cheaper room close to the airport. Speaking of which it's a quick 10-15 minute ride to the airport and I believe a shuttle is available if needed. There are a ton of food options very close by and shopping. As a silver member with Hilton Honors I was thrilled by...
