Dollar Tree — Local services in Mustang

Terrible customer service. I ordered balloons for a graduation party 2 weeks in advance. The Mustang store ran out of helium on Monday and nobody bothered to call me for 5 days until I was in route to pick up my order on Friday and called to confirm it was ready. I was then told I would need to go to the Yukon store to get the balloons. Shelby (store manager in Mustang) had a complete attitude but said she would call the Yukon store so the balloons could be ready. I guess that was too much to ask, as they weren’t ready AND the balloons I ordered weren’t even available. All the while at both stores they acted like I’m the crazy one for being upset. This is not okay. All of this would have been a non issue and easily avoided with a simple phone call on Monday so I could have had time to make other arrangements, but instead I find out the day of the party. I wanted to buy some necessities for myself and a bit of goodies. So, my sister and I waltzed in to the Mustang, Oklahoma, Dollar Tree, The store is very clean, quiet, neat and well organized. The shelves boast several goods, from snacks, kitchen utensils, laundry detergents, candies and the like things. As, I approached the cash register, Ms. Bailey, the most sweetest attendance, was working the register. She was very welcoming, great smile and made us feel welcomed. She asked if we found everything we were looking for. The night shift manager, Ms. Courtney, was really nice, welcoming, and also asked if we found everything we needed. The cashier was amazing and helped us great. They got overwhelmed with customers while the cashier was filling our balloons, so she called the manager up front to help. The manager was rude to customers and extremely rude to the cashier. They should honestly switch roles because this manager can not work under stress has terrible customer service skills. The cashier was completely amazing though. Tried calling to get the manager's name, but she gave me attitude over the phone and I couldn't make out the name...
