We have been here twice now. Our second visit was not as successful as the first, however they forgot to include the teriyaki sauce on both visits. On our second visit, we waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru which was expected since they just opened. However after we ordered we were told they were waiting for the teriyaki chicken to cook so we opted to wait. We assumed this would a 5-10 minute wait so we pulled to the side as requested. After waiting about 15 minutes, I went inside to check on the order. I waited in line for about 20 minutes, spoke to the front and showed them my receipt. I had to mention a couple times that we hadn't received any of our order. The manager told to the other worker to check the to go order shelf. Our order was indeed sitting there. Not sure for how long. I am certain they forgot that they had told us to wait. I know they have only been open for three days so there are bound to be hiccups. A way to improve to be to have someone double checking that area to make sure that the orders are going out or possibly install a camera so the drive thru person can see that there is a customer waiting. Finally, as I ordered, after every item, I was give the total so I had to say there was more to the order. This happened about 5 times. Pull up to the window and sit there for probably another 5 or so minutes before someone comes to the window to take my payment. I hand her my card and she drops it outside. We both look at each other and she finally says she will come out and get it, you know, since my truck is up against the wall and I can't open my door. Wait probably another 5 minutes for my food. Get home and I'm missing stuff. Call up there I'm told to turn around and come get it...but only if I have my receipt. I explain that I'm not coming back and he says they can put a note in their food log and I can come pick it up but only as long as I have my receipt and within 30 days. Read moreThe Good: My online order was ready on time, and was correct. The Short Answer: You can buy better Chinese food in the freezer section of Walmart for less money. The Rest: The bourbon chicken was so breaded and spicy that it could have been cardboard and I wouldn't have been able to tell the difference. Black Pepper Steak was at least steak in texture, but a third of the box was mushrooms and there were no bell peppers. Its baby broccoli was only stalks, and again over-seasoned to the point of being unable to distinguish the flavor of any individual ingredient. Beef & Broccoli had no sauce, meat was bland, and broccoli rather al dente. Chow mein had had barely any flavor. Spring rolls were a hollow shell of a roll with almost no filling and tasted off too. White rice was barely sticky and sadly the best part of the meal beating out even the fortune cookie.
