QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Mustang

We went around 6 o clock I go to this location at least twice a week and went at a time that was fully packed in house and the line for pick up. The workers were visibly overwhelmed but took care of everyone and were on it. The manager told EVERY person that was next “I apologize for the wait”. Yes it was not the quickest but the quality was amazing .. and for that the wait doesn’t truly matter. Every single employee was helping. Manager was helping. And they were continuously getting orders and people walking in. I have no complaints even when there was a lot of orders ahead and a line. People forget to give these people grace. It’s a blessing that a business is filled with customers. What made it worth it was how kind they were regardless how packed it was. And THAT is what rare. Good employees, good manager and good service regardless that they were bombarded with orders and people. Outstanding job to that team and amazing manager you can tell she’s doing a fantastic job with her team. This is what a good business represents even though they were busy the quality of work...

Friday I came in last min! I hate to be that person when employees are trying to clean and get home. I apologize in advance! If I believe so his name was Skylar and he informed me that they were out of cheese. My first initial reaction was,”nooo”. He apologies about it and tried offering other options but I couldn’t do it. The restaurant was clean, inviting, and had a comfortable vibe that made dining in enjoyable. The staff was working incredibly hard to keep up with orders and maintain the restaurant, ensuring that customers were taken care of efficiently.
