Can I give this negative stars? Is that a thing?
I signed up for three months to try this gym out before committing. I visited twice and had a few conversations with the manager in order to be clear on exactly what to expect. I was assured of what the payment would be before ever signing up.
After several weeks I had to place my membership on hold (kidney stone) and, again, was assured it would remain on hold until I could resume my work outs.
The payments picked back up without my ok and when the payments continued well after the 3 month trial, I was told I was enrolled in auto-renew (which I was very clear in asking about from our very first conversation - they completely assured me I would not be renewed unless I physically came down and re-enrolled myself).
I went down there and signed paperwork to cancel EVERYTHING. Three weeks later I was hit with another payment (twice the amount of original membership). When I called to ask them about what I was sure was a mistaken fee, I was told this was a fee they charge once a year for "equipment and maintenance". Even though I am no longer a member - I was still charged because my cancellation was inside 30 days of this charge.
So, heads up everyone... reconsider before signing on with...

Dirty equipment and often times the restrooms aren't up kept (no soap, towels or frequent wipe-downs.) Between 3pm and 6pm rush hour the facility seems very crowded, mostly people talking and holding up equipment, not to mention failing to return the weights they used. Tried to cancel membership due to a car accident, manager was very unpleasant and unhelpful, said a "request" would be sent for cancellation. Got an e-mail saying "request denied" even when sufficient documentation was provided. Not only are my wife and I not renewing membership, we are going to invest time in making sure this establishment and franchise lose not just our business but 15 other friends and their spouses in other locations. Plus word of mouth to the dozens of people I speak to on a weekly basis concerning gyms and workout regiments. I strongly recommend avoiding this gym...
