FROM THE FIRST PERSON AT THE FRONT DESK, KATLYN, She was so kind and changed our room to the wheelchair accessible room and the 1st floor. They do have handicap accessible rooms upstairs? But they are rooms for people that can walk. The only room here. I understand are 2 on the bottom floor. Walking into the room, the room smelled fresh and clean. Both beds were made very well. Katlyn loan my daughter and I 4 extra pillows and 2 extra comforters. We have decided not to stay anywhere except this place. This hotel has medical discounts, and they will try to give you a better deal. Two queen size beds. Bathroom is huge. Plenty of towels. Quality shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and lotion. All you need. The only roll in shower is on the bottom floor where it belongs. Small kitchenette with coffee pot, microwave and fridge. IF YOU ARE A LIGHT SLEEPER, just ask them to put you on the opposite side from the pool. I didn't hear any noise for the hall nor from the rooms next to us or above us. Best Hotel sleep I've ever had. I live in the mountains, and so I enjoy visiting when we come to town. So I walked up to the front desk, and started a conversation with the "assistant manager Julia. She never once acted as if I were bothering her. We talked about different things we've been involved in. Helping the homeless community and such. The breakfast had many different options. Only thing I would change is....they should offer plain meatless country gravy as an option, and waffles. Ok and maybe offer cappuccinos. Or at least flavored coffees. That's more of a wish. But I can also bring my own. I WANT TO THANK YOU ALL FOR SUCH A WONDERFUL STAY. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. Two queen size beds. Bathroom is huge. Plenty of towels. Quality shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and lotion. All you need. The only roll in shower is on the bottom floor where it belongs. Small kitchenette with coffee pot, microwave and fridge. Wow, very nice place overall. Yes ,there are nicer hotels with more thought out amenities, don't get me wrong, the employees here have made this structure a home away from home for its short term resident 'family'. I need to shout out to Kaitlyn a person I connected with, whom I believe is considered the night manager. However you want to label her position, she is a beautiful person inside! I haven't met many of the employees in my short stay(writing this prior to checking out) and could name them all but I have only so much time and space! everyone here has been directly influenced by the general manager named Julia, I believe. I never actually have met her, yet. Great management produces great workers and a great manager cannot come from a bad person, so she must be great at her job and life, like everyone else I have met here. There is freeway noise but very limited unless you sit outside in the rear patio area. The breakfast is caringly prepared and nutritious items are available, although non nutritious items are available as wellšŸ˜‰. The rooms are fairly well thought out and beds updated enough with toppers to be very comfortable, I even slept on the couch one night Inadvertently, to my unexpectedly comfortable surprise. Rates are reasonable, if there is such a thing. Nice pool /hot tub, free parking ,ample ,yet unneeded security and lastly but certainly not least, spectacular meeting areas, with a beautifully eclectic library! Overall, I will return to this hotel and this amazing town, even though some locals see anyone as an intruder, most understand growth will inevitably happen and you can either fight it or embrace it. This place has embraced me and my family, therefore I kind of love ā¤ļø it! So.e of the great employees I have to give shout out to: Matthew,Jessica,Olivia,Joshlynn,Megan,Bryc,Leah(not juvenal),Gina,Hayley I know there are many other important people there that I didn't get direct exposure to but that doesn't make them any less important!

I’ve never written a business review before, but I feel this experience is worth sharing to help others avoid the same situation. I travel frequently, staying in hotels three to four trips a month, and I typically enjoy my stays with Holiday Inn. In fact, I stayed at three different Holiday Inns just this week while on the road. Unfortunately, this particular location was a major disappointment compared to others. I’ve stayed here before and had a positive experience, but this trip was very different. The property is currently a full construction zone with no main entrance, lobby, or amenities available. While I could have looked past the renovation inconvenience, the real issue was that the temporary ā€œfront deskā€ was set up in the hallway directly outside our room. It was impossible to sleep due to the constant noise and traffic. When I asked to move rooms, I was told that the only available rooms were next to this makeshift lobby - still priced at $200 per night. If you’re visiting this area, I highly recommend staying at the Holiday Inn located at 16245 N. Merchant Way in Nampa, ID instead. I’ve stayed there many times in the last 12 months. It’s a far superior property at the same rate and provides the quality experience travelers have come to expect from Holiday Inn.

I travel all over the country. this is the worst place I’ve ever stayed !!! They check me into a room that was not clean. Then they told me they don’t think they have a room for me . Nothing works including the TV… 3 AM in the morning they checked some drunk guy into my room. I was woken by some drunk guy. Their breakfast is terrible cold every morning and only consist of some nasty clod gravy. This is the first review I’ve ever written a review, but my experience with them was so horrible. I did not want somebody else to go through it., they do not know how to run the computer and from what I could see are incompetent. I was very patient. The place stinks because of the factory just up the road so if you like smelling cross between rotten eggs and cow manure.|I can put up with that. It’s not their fault, but the service was horrible, and the place was dilapidated not taken care of, and nothing works.|The bathroom in the lobby is always Locked. I asked why? they said it’s for us employees not customers. I went to do laundry and their change machine is broke. I asked them for a change and they told me I would have to run across the street they had no change so I ran across the street to get change, and their laundry machine was broke go figure? They told me they do not do weekly rates but as long as my stuff it was in the room they would continue to run my credit card and everything would be OK. My last day after a week there I show up and they give me a bag with my things in it . Are you kidding me!!!! For a week they just ran my credit card and one day I show up and they hand me a bag with my thing, without a phone call or anything no warning, but yet they ran my card every day and told me everything was OK.. They are lucky, I put up with as much as I did from them. This place is horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone I would stay away from it. Worst place I’ve ever stayed … I could go on and on but no point stay away. |I spend a third of my life in motels for the last three years and this is by far the worst place I have...
