All I wanted to do was get a quick dinner for our 2 girls after a long day. I call this location because since it was put in, it is now the closest one to us (which my normal one referred me to), I spend 5 minutes and 25 seconds on a phone call ordering our dinner, in which I was put on hold twice in the middle of my order. After I am given a total for my order, I'm then told it will be 45 minutes for delivery or 15 minutes for pick-up, and given I was looking for a 'quick dinner' I made the decision to pick up my order instead. After showing up 20 minutes after I ended my phone call, I walk in to pick up my order. When I gave my name, I was told there was no order placed under that name. Being that I have been confused with Sharron, Sherry, and even Sheila for most of my life, I then asked the names on the orders they DID have, to see if there was anything that was remotely close. There was only a Christoper, a Tanisha and something like a Kimberly. I was baffled, upset and panicked. Then I think back to the rude phone call and think, where the hell did my 5:25 conversation go?! So I look at my call log, sure enough the guy behind the counter tells me that the phone number he's looking at on my phone...TWICE...(once from this evening, and once from dinner a few months ago)....is sure enough the phone number that belongs to the location I'm standing in. I proceed to ask many questions like how do you not have record of a phone call I made to your store? What would have happened if I chose delivery instead? Would I have waited all night for a pizza that was never going to show up? What do we do now? How are you going to fix this? I was told over and over there was nothing that could be done, because there was never an order put in their system to be screwed up. I was pissed. The guy asked me what my order was and he could start making it right now and could have it done in about 10 min. I waited to hear him offer some sort of compensation for this situation. Let's just say I'm glad I didn't hold my breath because there was none. I chose to sit in my car during the 10 min wait where I made an 8 min phone call to my husband, explaining why I was going to be late with dinner. By the end, he's just as pissed as I was, since he was sitting in the garage with me while I was placing the order. Upon going back into the store to pick up my food, I decided I was going to ask to speak to the manager. I walked back in and waited about another 5 min for anyone to give me recognition. I asked to speak to the manager and I explained the entire story to him again, and my views on how not right it was. He again explained that when he looked up my phone number, there had never been a record of it, despite what I showed him on my phone. He handed me my order and I walked out and loaded it into my car. While pulling out of the parking lot, I was flagged down by the manager. All I'm thinking is FINALLY, he realizes how wrong this is and he's coming out to fix the situation. Nope. Not at all. He politely informs me that he believes he gave me the wrong pizza and would like me to look at it to see if its what I ordered. I pull back in and park, get out, rearrange my 4 boxes of food so I can pull out just the pizza, open it up, and sure as I'm typing this review, its the wrong damn pizza. He then takes it and brings me the correct one and tells me to have a good night. Almost 1 hour after I placed this order did I finally get dinner home to feed our girls. After explaining the whole experience to my husband, he chose to get in the car, drive back to this store and have a chat with this manager. It wasn't until my husband explained to him the obvious lack of customer service skills, the right way to rectify a wrongful situation and the complete lack of care or responsibility they all exhibited, did the manager finally offer a $20 discount on our next order (IF we ever choose to return to this location again). I'm still not able to explain where my phone call and original order went nor was I ever given a reasonable explanation....
Read moreWe ordered our pizza to the wrong address (we had just moved and it automatically filled in to the previous one) so we drove to the Garrity location to pick it up. My boyfriend went in to get the pizza and was completely disrespected. He walked in to the store and went up to the counter to get the pizza, and there was an employee behind the counter chatting with a co-worker. My boyfriend waited to be acknowledged for a while, then asked if he should come back at another time. The employee turned to him and said "No, you're fine" then turned back to his co-worker to continue talking! Once he finished his conversation, he turned to my boyfriend and finally gave him the pre-paid pizza.
Mind you, this would have taken only minute to grab the pizza and say have a good day. My boyfriend waited to see if the employee was going to say anything else, and the employee turned back to his co-worker to start another conversation. He waited for another minuted and the employee turned again and said "Is there something else?" And my boyfriend walked out and left.
I couldn't believe it! How could someone be so rude? Especially when a customer is standing less than 5 feet away from you. I know exactly why were not going...

The second time they called me and said, oh the driver came back with your pizza and said, we don't have an address. Listed on your receipt.
And then the third time he said the driver's almost here when I told them to refund my money and cancel my order. The store manager or employee that's answering the phone said The reason why its taken us so long is because your order was for carry out not delivery well if it was for carry out and not delivery. Why did the driver take off with my pizza to begin with? They're just liars. Do not order from this store!! And they still have not refunded.My money wasted $40 dollars in an hour and a half.
The driver showed up an hour and a 1/2 after my husband ordered the pizza and then argued with me about paying him or they'll take the pizza back after we've already told them to refund our money and keep their stupid pizza we don't want cold old pizza to begin with very poor professionalism with this company or this particular store...
