Today I went thru the drive thru about 5pm the longest wait I have ever experienced at least about 15 minutes from the time I order to the time I got my food and thats because I had to force the issue by blarring my horn and waiving at them thru the pickup window about 3 minutes before that I got up to the pickup window was waiting for them to open the window never did I watched three females standing together chating and laughing occasionally looked my way moving around did come to me at all then help couple of people inside then went back to chating and still occasionally looked at me and never came to me I could see the line of cars building thru the window I swear I saw at least 7 cars waiting and before me there was 5 cars before I started this unplesant experience. Not only that I went shopping before this got Ice Cream and other things I thought this was going to be like a normal speed drive thru guess I was wrong. So back to at pickup window I started honking my horn then started blaring my horn and waiving eventually someone came over open the window and had an annoyed look because I interrupted there conversation and she said to me "What do you want" I said "Excuse me I have frozen stuff melting in my car what is taking so long" she said "well so sorry in nasty tone" it will be..........she took my card processed it then she tried to hand me someone elses order I said that is not mine I ordered the panda bowl..Got home my Ice Cream was practically melted I am so pissed with this experience I have been going to this place since it has been open and at least 1 time every week or other week after this experience I will and may never go back to this panda its on my black band list of places not to go these employees need to be trained better and know they are here for customers not them selves and drive thru's are...

We had ordered fried rice and chow main, they were working on making a new batch we had no problem waiting. My family waited 30 min while we watched the servers dish out an entire line of customers rice and chow main. My husband went up to the register and waited for 10min to ask what was going on and where are food was? The servers gave him zero acknowledgment. I had to walk slightly around the counter to ask where our food was. The server Adriana then rudely addressed me that I was to not be behind the line and what did I need. I apologized and stated “we have been waiting for our food. “ she snapped “well what are you waiting for” I informed her of rice and chow main” after 40 min we revive our 3 boxes of food that have rice and chow but are still missing orange chicken. I return to the register and now ask for a manger I’m greater by a teenager named Alejandro who states he is the Person in charge. I tell him of our poor customer service his response is “we have provided you with your food now what else would you like us to do” he then offered a refund due to the poor experience. I go and sit with my family and eat, Alejandro never comes back to issue the refund. I return back to the register to request the refund I was promised Alejandro informs me that due to my family eating after a 40 minute wait he would no longer issue the refund because we took the option of having our family eat. At this point I have asked for the general managers number and the time they will be returning to the location. We make contact with the manager and do finally revive our refund. Read moreThis has now happened twice, but last night was the last straw. I placed a mobile order and went to collect through the drive thru, which I’ve done MULTIPLE times at multiple locations. We get there and notify the drive through employee about this and she stated “let me check on that for you.” Comes back about a minute later and states it’s ready but they’re waiting on fresh rice and if we could pull to the front of the store and she’d bring it out. She even asked for the color and make of my vehicle to ensure she’d get it to the correct place. We pull around and notice there’s two other vehicles up front waiting on their meals. Bare in kind, they’re not even busy inside, maybe saw 5-6 people the whole time we sat there. We noticed after about 15 minutes that the two cars next to us got their food and drove off. I decided to give them the benefit of a doubt and waited another 10 minutes. At that point I go inside, stand there for 5 minutes waiting for one of the 6 employees who were working the front / drive thru to notice me. Finally, I’m assuming the manager walks up and asks me what I need. I told her I have an online order to pickup. She handed it to me and I let her know that I came to pick this up in the drive thru almost half an hour ago and was instructed it would be brought out to my vehicle and that never happened.
