Waited a long time in drive-thru and then just went inside. Was not greeted when I came to the counter; the person that was already waiting turned to me and mentioned that he hoped the food prep area was cleaner than the store. I looked around and realized that everything looked dirty: floors, tables, chairs, counter, hallway, soda bar, and bathroom. There was dirt, soda, food, grease, napkins... It was a sty. I had just come from the junkyard across the street, so I wasn't too worried, I was going to contribute to the mess, and was too hungry to care. Food delivery was slow. Someone finally came and greeted the man ahead of me and when he ordered they indicated they were out Fritos. He left. I had ordered outside, waited in line out there, drove around front, and waited to be acknowledged, explained that I had come in, they indicated that I couldn't pay until it was my turn. My son went to the bathroom and washed up and came back. I gave my son the payment, and went to wash up myself. I came back out and they still had not gotten the meal ready. I figure from the time I ordered to the time I got the food was over 10 minutes. Every table was dirty, so we picked the one that seemed least offensive and ate. The food was tasty, although toppings were not evenly distributed. I noticed a couple signs indicating they are hiring at over $8/hour, yet they still seemed to not have enough people to keep up... Or the people they have in management are not prioritizing tasks or allocating adequate resources in the...
Read moreI was feeling sorry for them.... It all started in the dark, quiet, empty drive through. They were painfully apologetic from the moment we pulled up, and about everything it seemed. At first I figured the extra wait (even with the empty parking lot and no line) was no big deal. Then when they hadasb extra burrito on the order, we corrected them: no big deal. They gave us our waters for no charge to apologize for the wait. That was cool. When we got our food, as we were driving down the road we saw there was an extra burrito. I wondered if they had made the wrong order as they had originally read to us... then... I had to look through each burrito's contents in the dark, to figure out which was which. After 10 minutes of confusion, we realized that only one of the burritos was given as ordered. We were actually missing one burrito entirely, and they gave us two incorrect versions of the third burrito. Whaaaat? That left me with a grumpy kid in the back that didn't like onions, and my own beef craving tummy unsatisfied. And we didn't have a receipt to submit a survey for, AND the website says more about the fact that this location is not hiring, than it does about contacting a manager or leaving notes. The staff needs better training on quality control and communication. And I need a beefy five layer burrito. 😫
If I've learned anything tonight, it's to ALWAYS check ALL the food in the bag before leaving the parking lot. I thought my dad was crazy for doing that when I was a kid. Now I...
Read moreOrdered online yesterday 7/23/22 went to the lobby lice the app said and doors were locked so after waiting in line to get to the speaker I was told they didn't have my order! I looked at the app and it said it was ready. So they said they can't do anything about it. I thought maybe across town to the other bell. Same results now NO FOOD, LESS GAS IN MY TANK, and I'M OUT THE MONEY THAT WAS ALREADY TAKEN!!! Don't order online people. Betos is better anyway.
