Called requesting price and availability on a Ford F150 audio control module. Tech seemed confused by terminology I can find with a Google search. Tried to explain what, I wanted, he stated I'd have to bring the truck in for troubleshooting. I explained I just needed price and availability, he got rude and told me there was no way he could give me that info without looking at the truck. Repeatedly stated I just needed price and availability on a part to no avail.

Update to my review in response to the owner response below: Yes I did swear at one point out of frustration, as I felt the tech wasn't listening to me as I tried to describe the part I wanted. As for the statement that the audio control module isn't part of the system per the shop's link, Corwin Ford knew exactly what I was talking about when I contacted them. I understand differences in terminology can exist, but decent customer service should be able to ask questions and possibly use a google search to...

I met Sam by referral by another motorcycle shop, was looking for help on some light programming in the BCM and he just happened to have the software to do just that for my ‘23 RGST. He went through the program and made sure all was well before shaking my hand and saying, “have a good day”. Didn’t charge me or even make it seem like I was a last minute nuisance just stopping by.

While I was there I found out he does audio systems and let me tell you, my bike needed it badly lol

I scheduled an appt, he was clear, concise, honest, and showed me all my options

He did an amazing job, the bike sounds great! And I cannot wait to promote his name & business everywhere
