Read moreHad these guys recover the jackknife sofa in my coach. They were very nice and helped me make the right decision to recover rather than buy new and did a satisfactory job on the recover. Unfortunately when they disassembled the the sofa they failed to save the screws for reassembly! They recommended I take the pieces home and reassemble inside the coach, so I didn't realize the screws were missing until I got home. When I called them I expecting to hear, sure come on over and pick them up, but instead it was "any old screws will work”! 🤨 I was so angry I couldn't talk to them anymore but turns out they were right. Read moreIf you are looking for custom made furniture, shop elsewhere. We had a custom dinette made which we had to reject due to lack of workmanship. The owner, who is also the only one to do the construction and upholstry work, is in his 80s and has apparently lost the skill set needed to do a good job. The cushions did not fit, seams were crooked, used the wrong color thread that didn't match the upholstry color, the table was made of pressboard and had multiple gouges on the underside that were filled with bond-o, screws sticking out of the vinyl, saw lines on the wood were not straight, and a ton of exposed staples everywhere.
