Homestay Suites — Hotel in Nashville-Davidson

FRAUDS! DO NOT USE! BEWARE! NOT SAFE TO STAY HERE! This facility has smoke and mold infested rooms! I stayed one night and the next morning my allergies inhibited my ability to breathe. I was assigned room 201 on Dec 2023 and the smell of smoke was sickening. I was then assigned to Room 214 after the registration clerk agreed and there was NO LOCK on the door and the air conditioner was falling off the wall as well as wall and door damage. They fraudulently advertised in room tea/coffee maker and Non-smoking rooms! Nor is there any utensils/silverware/plates/bowls as advertised! This facility is in violation of the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act laws and are guilty of practicing unfair and deceptive business...

Currently staying here (8/7/24) Room 212 People hanging outside, made it uncomfortable as a single mom to bring my child inside when I arrived from out of state late. The whole place has roaches. Killed 3 live ones within the first hour. Front desk has dead roaches on the tile. Whole place is filthy. Took a walkthrough video & video of killing a roach IN MY ROOM! Had to shake out my things & throw it back in my car👎👎 Been driving for 11 hours & desperately need sleep or else I would have checked out after the first hour....OH WAIT! The front desk has noone here after 11pm😤🤦‍♀️

This place is horrible, do not get trapped by their cost being low. I’d rather stay at expensive hotel and have good services than this one. First they don’t care about customers. They give room without enough toilets paper, they say non-smoking room but the smell inside was disgusting, last but not least they are not loyal, i paid the room and they say i get to put 50$ deposit, i did so but what is surprising is they don’t want to refund my 50$. I didn’t cause any mess, they themselves say that. Now they don’t pick up my call. If you really like yourself and your health this is not the right...
