I travel a lot for pleasure and business. I do a lot of research and comparing for my needs. I get tired of hotels. I go by feel of it. I could have got a hotel 4 minutes from the venue we was going to but I liked the the looks of this place and the sound (pun intended), the neighborhood and the balcony sold it. The communication with them throughout was great, quick response and they made it easy! I felt like I knew them. Gave me peace of mind and my wife who was wondering what I was booking 😜. From the minute we got dropped off it just felt like home. The little outdoor patio out front, the cool comfortable lobby area, and the common area out back, wish we had more time to hang out. We get to the room and it was large and comfortable and everything we needed, and of course the balcony. It was what we wanted and needed. Anything else was in walking distance, stores, restaurants and lot's to do. We were there for a couple of concerts and there were friendly, like minded people there. Filled the days walking around, the Tennessee State Musem was great, Bicentennial Park and the Farmers Market. Easy Lyft to the shows and airport. Had to get up early the next day to fly to work thinking what a great, full day and a half we had! We loved it! Can't say enough about the place. Wish we could have spent more time there. We will be back and look forward to the next stay. THANKS for everything. Mike and Lori

The property itself was very poor. Felt like the entire building was quickly built and was on a budget to just get it up and running. I tried to check in no one was there. Had to walk around to try and find someone, waited, called, and texted them and asked what room I was in. They said it was sent to my other phone number which I didnt have one. Got to the room, had mold on the ceiling, was dirty, a hole in the closet door and it was just plaster over it, the toilet seat look melted, and patched walls. I got moved to another room pretty quickly thankfully. There was at least no mold but still dirty and the shower head was covered in black mold. Although I was quickly moved and everything got worked out I was still very dissatisfied.

WARNING: WORST STAY EVER !!!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE

I’ve stayed here multiple times (unfortunately), and every single stay has been an absolute nightmare. This isn’t just a bad property, it’s unsafe, unsanitary, and run by people who should never be in hospitality.

Check-In Disaster: Every time, check-in takes close to an HOUR because of broken codes. No staff onsite, no support, just you standing outside frustrated and unsafe.

Rooms from Hell: First visit — TV broken. Second visit smelled like raw sewage when I walked in. Third visit, ants crawling EVERYWHERE because they leave open sugar, coffee, and tea in shared spaces. By my last stay, the sheets were so filthy that my skin broke out and is now scarred. DISGUSTING.

Infestation & Filth: Ants in the rooms, dirty sheets, no real housekeeping, and they expect guests to wash dishes for the next person. It’s like staying in a dirty frat house, except you’re paying for it.

Lies & Extortion: Management is shady. They accused us of leaving the place “inhumane” (a blatant lie) just so they could charge us $150. When we asked for proof, a week later, after we hunted them down, all they had was a video of a couple dishes in the sink, which I hadn’t finished washing because THEIR housekeeper interrupted me. They even offered us another stay (so much for “inhumane”), but refused to retract their lies.

Fake Reviews: Pay attention to the timestamps. Every time someone leaves a negative review, a suspiciously glowing 5-star review pops up right after. It’s obvious they’re padding their ratings to cover up the truth. Don’t be fooled.

Unsafe Surroundings: Homeless encampments nearby, a sketchy camper resident next door, and absolutely NO staff onsite if anything goes wrong. As a guest, you’re completely on your own and unsafe. The camper resident is pretty much on property yet they claim they don’t know them. They could be a sex offender who can’t get housing yet there is no staff on site to protect residents.

False Advertising: They claim to have a gym, for months it’s never existed. They claim professionalism instead you’ll get lies, harassment, and accusations instead.

This place is a scam and a health hazard. Dirty, unsafe, fake reviews, and run by liars. If you value your health, your time, your reputation, and your basic human...

My boyfriend and I had made a reservation to stay here for a little weekend getaway. Upon arriving, we literally had to wait a WHOLE hour just to get serviced. There was homelessness present on the grounds which it made me feel uneasy even though my boyfriend said to give it a chance. But I couldn’t help but look around as we were waiting for so long. So moving forward we get checked in, go inside and I swear it smelled like someone had used #2 and didn’t flush and let it linger the odor was so strong. I’m pregnant as well so my senses are heightened forsure. I sprayed the room so it could have a better scent to deal with. Later that night we had left out to eat and I noticed an RV parked on the side of the building that looked extremely creepy and out of place which still was there the whole weekend. I expressed to my boyfriend how creepy it all made me feel but the worst part about everything is that after the first night sleeping there, I BROKE OUT IN HIVES! At first I thought bed bugs because my boyfriend woke up itching himself and the sheets had stains when I started examining the bed. It just wasn’t a good experience for us. It wasn’t as advertised whether it was just THAT room or not. I wouldn’t...
