Vista Germantown — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

Ah, where do I even begin… The people at Vista Germantown feel like family, and I mean that in the most sincere, genuine way possible. Even when just window-shopping for apartments, Hannah stood out as an incredibly personable and warm persona, unlike other more robotic places and people we had met. Trust the vibes you get at first impression, because since that day the feeling only fortified with the rest of the office and management team - we have never felt as much at home as we did at Vista. The amenities are cool and the apartments are nice, but it’s the people that truly make this place. We just moved to NYC which is the only reason we’d ever leave Vista, and if we ever moved back to Nashville, this is the place we would come to. We will always have a soft spot for this place and will cherish all the loving memories we had here. I can’t recommend this place enough. I have lived at Vista Germantown for three years and have loved it immensely. Was I remaining in Nashville, I would have stayed longer. The management and maintenance team are wonderful and have been a joy. They are friendly, supportive, and quick to respond. They coordinate ongoing events that keep everyone connected, creating a genuine community, but also leave you to your peace, so there's a nice balance. Basically, you can be social or a homebody and you'll enjoy living here. It sits right in the heart of Germantown, so is a perfect location if you want to be near coffee shops, restaurants, bars and the park. Also nice is that it sits close to every highway and is therefore an easy drive to every other part of Nashville. The property is well cared for and the other tenants are great. I can't speak for other apartments, but mine was always quiet (the walls and floor seem pretty thick so I think most probably have quiet as well). I can't speak of this place highly enough. Would NOT recommend this apartment complex. Bad leasing office and high hidden costs upon move out.

The bad: They nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING before you move out (screenshot attached). Even after we got maintenance to inspect our apartment, they went back and ADDED ON more ‘charges’ despite the fact maintenance told us it was cleaned to perfection

Leasing office is rude and ineffectual: they won’t respond to emails about noise complaints or even your move out notice.
