What a marvelous experience I had with Nelson and Melody. Customer service was 5 Star. Melody even spooned with me on several mattresses for me to get a good feel for my kind of firm since my husband was unavailable at the time of viewing. Nelson greeted me upon entering "Mattress Elite" while Melody worked her magic with an over the phone customer. Nelson was very patient and so very helpful. I didn't feel rushed or pressured as he led me around to lay down on several mattresses. By the end of it all, the mattress I chose sold three days prior that comes in a split top King which is what I desire. Melody took down my information and is on the look out for when what I want becomes available. Nelson and Melody make a great team and I am so enamored at their workmanship and the dedication to please and not pressure me as a customer. I am so glad I stopped by today 8 Oct 2021. Melody at Mattress Elite was great! She asked us what we were looking for and had a plan to show us several options. She took time to explain the different kinds of mattresses and then gave us some time and space to feel the different kinds and then ask questions.

Furthermore, she showed us and let us feel what the adjustable bases could do. I have no physical pain in my body but she put us in the adjustable beds and let us feel what the various positions could offer. The comfort level was off the chart!

Her and the store owner made the whole shopping experience a lot of fun! They were very informative, friendly and there was no high pressure!

My husband and I had a phenomenal experience at Mattress Elite. From the moment we walked in to the time we left, we felt at ease and welcomed with no pressure to buy anything. The customer service was without a doubt top notch! The ladies turned the lights down low, set the mood with relaxing tunes and a scent of aromatherapy in the air as we tried just about every mattress in the store.
