Buyer be aware! Bought shor ribs beef only, there during two years, in two occasion got the ribs that were smushy and so I washed them, usually I spend 80 minimum. This time I bought 40 dollars short ribs just for a small dinner. Got it the 24 to cook it the 25, when I open then fridge thought them something going bad but when I got the ribs.... smell like when you do biohazard cleaning. So what that means and I am sure because I grow up in a farm I know sometimes you wash the meat when it is about to start going bad to use it asap. This was probably washed and put to sell. I have more info from a person that work there, this person revel that they do wash meat a lot of they are not so clean.... I went back today 27 and brought the meat and they gave me my 40 back but they wanted it to give me new ribs... never again, I am never going back and will make sure I tell all my Albanian friends too. Please be careful, I call 311 and report the problem and sent one...

My husband & I always come to this butcher shop in particular to buy rack lamb, leg of lamb and steak. The customer service is amazing, you feel like you’re walking into your family’s butcher shop. They willingly cut the meat if you request, and always give you the best of the best! I moved to NY from a farm town in Virginia where my family raised cattle. Since I've lived here I have struggled to find a good steak, because what I had to compare it to was straight from the farm.
