I stayed here last night. While traveling on the road, I OFTEN try to stay at any Super 8 (I already stated in 3 other locations nationwide) because they give an additional AAA discount. I had thought that MOST or ALL of them had been updated.
This place is an ABSOLUTE sh*thole. The rooms are terrible and extremely overcrowded (I'm a beanpole, I'm in No way fat or even average, very skinny). The rooms stink of mildew musty OLD. They have been repainted but that's it. My sink doesn't drain. The Kleenex box on the wall is rusting and is definitely original. The bathrooms aren't much larger than ones you'd find in Japan. The beds are TERRIBLY uncomfortable. You'd be more comfortable on the floor, I'm SURE. The TV doesn't swivel so it's difficult to even watch from its angle hiding in its gaudy media center. The AC units are OLD and LOUD. You can hear every footstep and door shut and even conversations. I can't mention anything about the breakfast since I did not attend, mostly in fear of running into a pool of Crackhead zombies that were roaming the hotel at the time of my check-in. I specifically requested to park my car where there would be security cameras (supposedly around back)(I saw no cameras) the parking lot and adjoining lots are pothole city and loose asphalt and rocks are everywhere. It surely hasn't been resurfaced in 20 years.
This location needs to updated, removed as a Super 8, or simply torn down! Please discontinue advertising this poopshoot as a Super8. It is false advertising for all the other locations who have done a terrific job in updating their locations.
Also, advertising the price at $68, after taxes at $82(we aren't in CA). I cannot believe I paid to stay here. A MOTEL 6 would've been an upgrade!
Oh and I forgot to mention the Hi-Speed internet. NO SUCH thing! You have to watch an AD every time you try to connect to the 4 servers. It's not high-speed and watching videos on Netflix on my iPad was impossible, loading, glitching, reconnecting. I constantly had to reconnect and often times was told "unable to connect".
I am seriously SHOCKED at the reviews on here. Do not bring your family here. Do not stay here if you want comfort, quiet or even a SAFE place to stay. I would NEVER recommend this place for anyone who is a coherent human being, NEVER. Sleep...

My experience with this Super 8 was misleading, and I experienced poor customer service. I had specifically reserved a non-smoking room on the 1st floor and prepaid in advance. I suffer from asthma and apnea, and also had a considerable amount of luggage with me. After a long, exhausting drive, I ended up with a smoking room on the 2nd floor (no elevator). The stench of smoke was so thick in the room, I could taste it in my mouth and feel the burning in my lungs.
I had a limited time to stay and sleep due to my travel itinerary, which was further compromised by my allergy to the smoke in the room. I had a miserable time trying to sleep in that room. I barely could. And the shower was old, peeling, and dirty.
They also claimed to have High-speed Internet, which was another reason why I booked this hotel. Internet was not available or working at all. Since I needed this for work correspondence, that was yet another strike. At least the desk worker helped carry luggage up to my room. The only accuracy in my reservation was the queen bed.
My request for a refund in any amount was denied, which I find unacceptable considering I did not get what I had reserved and paid for. I am extremely disappointed in the poor quality of customer service. I do not...
Read moreNEVER!!!! Stay at this hotel.. We were traveling on I-80 when our truck broke down. Had it towed to the shop behind this hotel. At around 3:00pm we checked in and advised the guy at front desk we weren't sure if it would take one or two days to fix the truck as the shop closes at 5:00. We paid ( on our card) for two nights and was told to let the front deck know ..at around 4:45 the shop called said truck was ready. We went to the same front desk person told him that we only needed that night, not the second night. He assured us that they would refund that second night once we checked out in the morning.. I called Wyndham ( as we are diamond member) told them our situation and they called management, which was also told the hotel would refund one day from our card , figured everything was clear. .we checked out and..we left. Four days later it was never refunded back on our card .. They charged not only two nights but an early check in. Which never should have been charged. ( Diamond status) I advise everyone stay away from this motel. Not only do they lie ,steal your money, over charge you, they act as though they don't understand English for their own benefit. This motel isn't worth it .....the room was musty the mattress was awful,bathroom had hair in tub and all around the toilet.
