Knowledgeable Senior Staffers, Expertise and Decorum are the words that I use when referring to the Sales team, Marcus Thomas and Alec in F&I as well. Jody and Char, the operations management team as well Stephen Budke, a man of integrity and expertise as a leader and unrivaled expert who has served as the head of the organization and therefore is available often by appointment only, Mr. Steve Budke represemts the skills required to earn the description of “The tip of the spear.” He is a man whom I had great respect for as soon as I had the pleasure to meet.
Operationally speaking, the team has been able to create a unique experience that adds up to beyond 50+ years of experience that is already being developed internally in the company’s newest staff and endow their time themselves to develop a unique, positive experience for each customer planning a project, looking for a new product and building up the experience that Parts Specialists and Service Writers for those customers wanting their private vehicles to be diagnosed, repaired and restored to manufacturer intended performance them to be diagnosed and repaired. The team of mechanics are all business and I have trusted them since early in professional introduction.
Mr. Steve Budke is a master of the business and Char, the operations director of the business of experts who have worked in this industry, and built their business into a thriving and historically successful enterprise that is known to everyone in North Platte Nebraska and oftentimes the travelers of the I-80 corridor and have set the standard of excellence since I was a little boy listening to their jingle and messages on the local radio for 30 years and I have heard that many times from the customers who have made North Platte Nebraska a great place to stop for everything from looking for a new vehicle or machine, to parts and service in a timely fashion and conviction of employees who endeavor to treat each customer with the same energy, kind respect and precision in the queries and requirements of the services needing rendered, parts available in house and the ability to provide OEM and aftermarket products at the bestselling prices for the best customers in the nation as well as visitors driving through and requiring parts and service to get back to their own adventures, wherever they may roam.
Ordering parts from Honda, Polaris, Kayo, Yamaha and aftermarket parts is a breeze and from other parts manufacturers of equally reliable parts for the makes that are not available to us in OEM providers due to the loss of Can Am and Harley Davidson dealer status in 2021, a rather unfortunate situation but still provide many parts from 50% off to new factory parts and can be serviced nonetheless. Stop by and meet the best...
Read moreThey have had my fiance's bike for about 18 months and it's still not fixed. They called a year ago stated that the bike was fixed, so he took it and drove up to scottsbluff and drove back (160 miles one way). So a total of probably 350 miles was put on the bike before he had to bring it back because it was not fixed properly. (due to his work schedule it was a week or two before he could take it in but it was not driven) Somehow from the time he originally brought it in until now over 1000 miles was put on it. So somehow at least 650 miles was put on the bike and not by him. It was also very low on gas which is not how it had been brought in. Supposedly they never drove it. Our insurance company tried getting them to complete repairs and turn in the paperwork and contacted them at least twice and we contacted them multiple times. When we came to get the bike to take it to another shop, it was in front where it could be messed with, a layer of dust coating it and the battery dead because it had not been taken care of while in their possession. I can not believe Harley Davidson let these people use their name. They claim to have the utmost respect for veterans but have done nothing disrespect and lie...
Read moreDo not trust these people! Had my bike in for a service, they were supposed to go through everything. Items like change oils, (engine and primary) check brake pads and rotors, check clutch etc. Got the bike back and 3 weeks later, hauled it to South Dakota for a pre-rally ride. Lost my clutch, checked and they put no primary fluid in (they drained it and replaced the cover gasket but put no fluid in). Took it to a reputable shop up there and the mechanic informed me that the front rotor was warped, this is another item that should of been inspected at service. Then a day later after getting necessary repairs done, we went to the Needles Highway. Lost rear brakes at top. Never had any problems before, always had it serviced but never at Budke's. These people are going to kill someone. Called the dealership only to get the run around and never a returned call. I finally got to the owner Steve after a week of calling and he stated he would return the cost of the service and call me. That never happened. SO no going to sue these idiots, I also would like to save anyone else the hassle. Just go someplace else. Wish I would of looked up the reviews of these guys on their...
