Hobby Lobby — Local services in North Platte

Love this place. However we went for a school project and I went to browse and ended up getting some things. So my cashier was nice. However my daughter's cashier was not so much. I didn't get her name because it was covered by hair. She was younger and had glasses. She verbally said price out very loud as she scanned items not sure if she had special needs where she did that. But when I walked up I knew that she did not have special needs. My daughter gave her her a quarter extra and she gave her a disgusted look. And said very snotty she didn't need that. I work customer service and never would I tell my customer that. That has happened to me before and I say ooopps you gave me to much or you can have this one back. Very discouraging and makes me wonder if I will ever go back. I may just start going to Kearney to give them my business. Sadly my mom sister and a good friend go too. But word of mouth travels fast and this gal should not be a casheir, she is the last one you see when we just had fun looking around to wow she just really treated us like that, of cashing out...

Hobby lobby has good things and bad things they have a wide variety of art supplies stickers home interior decorating and so much more. But the bad thing is they are very expensive on a lot of their things I don't understand why a pack of pens that is$4 less at Walmart is at hobby lobby same product seen everything except for the price is $4 more expensive don't get me wrong things that are available just anywhere might tend to cost a little however a lot of the things that are more expensive are common everyday things you can buy at WalmartI will keep shopping at hobby lobby because I like that they have a lot of things that other places don't however I would like them to reconsider their price gouging on some of their products it...

This particular North Platte store was gigantic so I was expecting to find what I was looking for. It's 45 minutes from my home, the next one is three hours. I love the rustic type furniture they sell there and was after certain items I found in the Denver store. They had the normal few items in the opening foyer of the store but to my surprise, they had none at all in the store. The others I've been to have aisles worth, but none here. They had some DIY things, but that was all. It was very disappointing since I drove that far, now if I want the rustic look I normally see, I have to go to Denver and bring it back...
