Let’s start off with the salad bar…$5? I should have just ate the $5 bill it cost. I’m afraid your throwing that trash out at the end of the year or whenever the next haileys comet is, and killing the neighborhood raccoons. I think the lighting was playing tricks on me while i was trying to make my plate and it actually looked edible. But as soon as I sat down at my table the lighting shifted and the lettuce looked more like it came out of a spinach can. I’m sure if I was to taste the toppings and ingredients individually I could probably figure out where I went wrong but I decided to just stop before I regretted it. So for the main course… I ordered a Philly cheesesteak. It looked like something you’d get from the discount frozen section at Sam’s club. But at the same time the crispy “meat” was so hot it almost defrosted the still frozen bun it was in. Then there was only what I could describe as nacho cheese like cheese on top. It took about 1 sniff and a half a bite to realize that something was very off. Alas it wasn’t all bad. The ketchup I dipped the barely edible fries in was very good! Just like I would...
Read moreI wanted to give an excellent compliment to the location mentioned above. We've been on the road a long time with our two boys, ages 5 & 2, and we have a long ways to go. This was by far the best dining experience we have had our whole trip. The expecting waitress, Vera, was incredible. Not only did she know the menu well, but she also gave us many fantastic suggestions. She was very kind, and her timing was spot on. We were never left wanting anything. Her people skills are just fantastic. She will make a great mom.
The rest of the staff were very alert and attentive to the needs of the restaurant. The salad bar was clean, left nothing to be desired, and was fully stocked during our visit. The floors and bathrooms were clean. This is a very well run establishment. I hope this Ruby Tuesday is used as an example for the rest if the chains across the states.
To log on to give a bad review is easy, however to leave a good review is done with intent. Thank you for the most uplifting dining experience we've had since leaving our hometown...
Read more2/2025: It's been 1 year since I came here and my original review still stands. The menu is way to busy. Too many items. Too confusing. The prices are insane. Nothing under $14. The food was... gross. We got kabobs. The meat was awful. We got chicken Parm, the sauce was just canned generic. My kids wouldn't even eat it. We got salad bar, there was fruit up there that was ROTTING. The grapes had mold and the oranges were acidic in a way that I think they were sitting in too warm temp for too long. The hostess just stood and watched us eat the whole time I will not come back. Lesson learned.
2/2024: I'm confused what this place is supposed to be? The menu has way to many items, of different genres of food. Its overwhelming. Need to call Gordon Ramsey to simplify this place.
We got fajitas. They are really pushing that rib eye, but it's gross, mushy. Ours was all fat, couldn't bite into it. What's wrong with just using regular ass steak?
Our server was cute and helpful, fast accurate. She's the only...
