Jamba — Restaurant in Northglenn

Drive out of my way 25 min for this spot and usually it's a great experience. But today was the worst service I've ever encountered anywhere. No cash payments, had a gift card used that but was short 2$ went to get exact change at a nearby store and the girl named Slyvia would not accept it. Sure whatever but when I asked for my gift card to be refunded she started going off about how people should read the signs and "I guess I should put another sign up for people to ignore." All for what? I am a paying customer, it is not my fault this location has no cash. I was already understanding that they were out of orange sherbert, and peaches! Clearly full of attitude though. I don't even think my refund was processed correctly so I will be reaching out to corporate. This was a family spot for me and my children but we will find somewhere else to spend our time and money. Absolutely appalled at the customer service. I work in customer service and have never treated anyone like this. If you're unhappy at your job find a new one! Don't take it out on everyone else. Just stopped by ten mins ago and this was my first time going to jamba juice! I'd like to say the smoothie I ordered is amazing! I ordered the Caribbean passion smoothie. With a cheese pretzel with red hot Frank's sauce. Yes werid combo but I'm pregnant lol. I asked the lady at the register what she thought and she suggested the hot sauce. Very tasty. The reason I give 4 stars is because when I recieved my food the customer service was not the best. This young lady didnt even look at me when I said thank you. I was super excited and she told me to have a good day but as if she was scared of me. I was just as nervous to be there to I was in pajamas and didn't wanna be judged and it suprised me that she was more scared then I was. Or at least that's how she put her self off. I used to work at Jamba Juice and I know their open til 7:05 rule and also they said they were open when I called til 7:05. I made a order on the phone and got there at 6:59 and I got attitude from one of the girls and she was absolutely nasty to me. I apologized but she was just rude. And then I get to my car and realize she didn’t even make the drinks I asked for she was just mean and then I paid $20 for three drinks that I didn’t order.. the brown haired girl was very sweet but the other girl was not, They didn’t put chocolate in the peanut butter mood, I asked for a pomegranate pick me up, not a paradise because I’m mildly allergic to mangoes, and now $20 for smoothies later I’m at the store buying allergy medicine. I’m just bummed out.. there are really cool people that do work here but the one really made me not...
