LOFT — Local services in Novato

What an awful experience I just had. Even though I was aware of the time, fifteen minutes before closing. As I was approaching the register to check out a few items, I asked a basic question and two of the employees indicated me that I had 10 minutes before closing, right after her, the other one said, that means that we need to check you out soon. Are you kidding me? I left the two items right on top of the counter and walked out of that place. I need to add that when I walked into the store at 6:20, there were 3 associates and no one asked me if I needed assistance.
