Good evening my name is Liselle StLouis and I have a complaint against this hotel. For weeks/months I have been trying to get them to refund me for my stay since March(i stayed there from 3/13-3/15) for $174 and they refused to refund my money back. After i checked into this hotel, the floor was not swept, the sink had stains, the chair was dirty and the bathroom was not in good condition. I ask them if they can clean the room. I went to school. When I returned, I found the room in the same condition. I complained to them again and they said the housekeeper cleaned the room. I told her they never clean the room. I spoke to the Spanish employee who had an attitude with me. I was told by one of the housekeepers that they don't clean the rooms everyday. That shows me that they don't care about Covid or people's health. I ask the employees(including the Spanish employee) if I can change rooms. They wanted to scam me by wanting to charge me to switch rooms. I asked for her supervisor and she refused to let me speak to him and claimed he is only available at night. I tried to dispute the charges through bookings.com, who called them but they lied and said I took pictures after i checked out the room. I reported this hotel to BBB and they refused to reply to the emails or answer the phone. I have proof that the room was never clean before I checked out. . I am really frustrated with how this hotel treats their guests. I hope Wyndham hotel take this hotel off their website and shut it down. If I don't get my money back, I will take this hotel to court/get a lawyer or call the police. I have proof that I took these pictures before I checked out the hotel room(pictures are attached)

The place is ok itself, but the service is pathetic. On the website, they say that the complimentary breakfast is included in the amenities, but it's a joke. Let me explain to you what they mean by continental breakfast, packaged muffins (small size, 2 in a pack) & a slack of crackers (only if they don't run out of that. They coffee is "Just OK" when you look at it but taste like hot water, so it's up to you if you wanna settle down for that. In our case, what we did (because we are stuck, as have the room for 2 nights) went to the nearby market & brought our condiments to have something in the room & went out to eat "Breakfast". Nobody is available to talk on the phone from the front desk so every time when we have an issue, have to walk all the way to the front desk & then wait for someone to show up & all they have the excuses. Our room has 2 "queen size" (they look smaller, like just the double because we (as a couple) couldn't sleep comfortably on one bed, so one adult slept with the one kid, that's how we managed. I forgot to mention that the so called muffins are not there at the breakfast corner/place, just in case if you remember that oh, the breakfast is included & you go on the front desk & inquire about that then only, they will hand you over in a lousy paper plate (which cannot even hold the air itself) the packaged muffins, and you think you want more then they will confirm the number of guests from the system & will decide if you gonna get one more or not. The TV doesn't work, after a lot of effort just turned on, & only 1 useless channel, & it was a struggle to turn it off. We are upset 😡

The price is appealing but you should run away and do NOT consider this hotel. I only wish I had read more of the reviews before booking a stay here. It is right next to a highway and lots of traffic noise can be heard in your room. The mention of a free light breakfast is wrong as nothing is offered. The first room I got did not have functioning air conditioning and it was actually hotter in the room than outside. After getting moved to another room, the musty smell was bad when I walked in, but it was almost midnight and I had a full day ahead of me, so I reluctantly stayed. The bathroom was in bad disrepair and was missing a toilet paper roll holder, the electrical work was poor as shown by the lighting in the bathroom, the bathtub/shower was filthy and did not drain, and there was a pretty big hole in the flooring. There was a creepy bus parked in the back parking lot with a generator running all the time. People were entering and exiting the bus all night and I have to assume there was illicit activity occurring inside. I made it through the night with lots of interruptions to my sleep and promptly demanded a cancellation of the second day. The clerk did not apologize and had to call for permission to change my reservation and luckily whoever he called agreed to my request. @WyndhamHotels should drop this property from their catalog as it is an embarrassment to the brand.

I should have known when that little voice said.. no don't let them pick you up.... drive to the event. I ended up being picked up by a friend who drank too much and purchased this hotel at the last minute ,after our venue ,to be safe and not drive drunk. Which I 100% support.Since I was on his ticket, and he paid for everything.... I didn't feel it was my place to voice my opinion of where we stayed unless it was really bad. The hotel key didn't work, a bad omen to me and foreshadowed what to expect...so, we had to go back to the desk and get another key. This gave me plenty of time to look at the rundown exterior of this building ,I felt like I was in a video game waiting for something to jump out of the corner....poorly lit dim parking lot.On my scale of 1 to 10 for cleanliness this barely made a three. Stains on the door The carpet felt like it was trying to eat me, dust bunnies attacking my shoes in every corner, the air conditioning unit is loudly churning along ..just barely, and half taken apart. 1986 was calling and they wanted the entire room back including the mattress.... which was so worn out and lumpy My back started aching 2 hours after I went to sleep, and while I was dreaming, I thought I was sleeping in a tent on the ground. The bathroom... let me put it to you this way, I used it for one thing and one thing only... I didn't touch anything else in there. My shoes came off to go into bed, otherwise they were on all the time in the room.Besides the bad mattress, the dirty shape of the room haunted me and I was afraid of the same with the bed sheets ,but they did look clean.. I told myself. I did not trust the blanket or the comforter, so I slept with just a sheet. The TV from 1990 ,had seen better days and was dim, fuzzy, and had those funny colors like my grandparents old TV did. This is an old old building in need of much TLC. The rooms need to be all overhauled. As I was checking out in the morning, I did notice a huge dumpster at the far end of the building and construction noise ,so they are renovating and things will be hopefully improving. I went to breakfast at 7:00 a.m. on the dot because I needed hangover attendance with fresh coffee. The coffee was horrible of course ..burnt.... there's one of those pancake machines where you push the button and it does all the work for you. With a line of eight people waiting to use it .yea rite .. a half hour wait for pancakes I don't think so.they need another two machines.two yogurt choices, orange juice, muffin choices, some cereal two choices,no toast, no bagels ,no butter. My beneficiary told me that the hotel rate was excellent, so I was surprised breakfast was included, and for that price I was not surprised by the shape of the room... It's in the middle of sort of an industrial zone so walkability I don't think there is anything close ,but I could be wrong. I didn't go out at night. This is not a place for kids.Would I stay here...

Stayed at Days Inn Orlando Airport as a last minute reservation because I had to attend military drill nearby. Did the reservation over the phone and reviews looked decent but for over $200 I was skeptical I got there about 9 PM, front desk lady seemed frustrated and said maybe 10 words to me including "I need your license after" after giving her my military ID. Got to the room, on the second floor and it appeared pretty nice. I learned that night however, sound travels through the halls every audibly. I also learned the toilet barely flushed, and the shower barely drained, causing me to have water up over my ankles in about 3 minutes. I slept poorly due to doors slamming all night and road noise from McCoy Rd. Woke up, showered again with water reaching over my ankles and went to get breakfast. Decent breakfast, with instant coffee machine for coffee. Before I left for work, I told the front desk guy, who took my complaint about the toilet and shower drain seriously, he wrote it down and said he'd get on it. Got back to the room around 6 PM Saturday night to find the toilet still barely flushed and the shower barely drained, if at all. Went to bed, another long night of dogs barking and doors slamming. Showered in the morning and oops, toilet completely clogged. I packed my stuff and informed staff the toilet was clogged and shower still didn't drain. Again, the desk guy wrote it down and confirmed the issues I was complaining about. No here comes the reason they got 1 star. I turned in my room keys, left for work, and about an hour and a half later I realized I had left a corkscrew behind that was my wifes grandfather's. I immediately called the hotel, explained I had just checked out of room 253 and forgot something. I was told that I could get a key to reenter the room if I had ID. I said I'll be right there. I went directly there, got a key to the room and found the cleaning lady was already cleaning the room. I asked her about the corkscrew and in broken English she explained she had not seen it. It appeared I was the first room she was working on because the only garbage in her trash cart came from my room. There was no corkscrew. So from the time I voiced a complaint and left, to the time I got back there, and before the cleaning lady entered the room, my guess is, a maintenance person. Plumber whatever entered my room and took it. I've turned my bag inside out, it is not there. Someone did enter my room and took the corkscrew prior to the cleaning lady entering and that is unacceptable. Moral of the story, there is a thief...

1st room #126 - knowingly check me into a room with maintenance issues. Had no shower curtain or ac for 4 days. Mind you its fl winter, day time is 80° night time is 30°.

2nd room #171- moved to a new room, hot water was not working. Stayed in a room for 3 days unable to shower unless I used extremely cold water.

3rd room #172 - moved to a new room.. the tv was not working for 3 days. Man at the front desk came to fix it after several calls, the issue, they only have one remote for the tv that they share with the front desk thus I could not turn of the tv to my room my entire stay. The tv turned of on its own. YOLANDA from the front desk felt she knew better and would not listen on how to fix the tv.. she was unable to and walked of without resolution.

Issue again. The electricity kept going off in my room, attempted to get my room changed. YOLANDA and supposedly MARNA the manager stated they are sold out and the only room available is a suite which is an upcharge. Confused and irritated at this point i ask so what am I supposed to do, pay to fix your hotels problems (natural customer service would have been to just move my room as I was checking out in 3 days).

Unfortunately with all this YOLANDA the front desk called the cops stating im using my high risk pregnancy as an excuse for sympathy, refused to give me a refund, lied that she was attacked while simultaneously calling me stupid. Just a whole mess.

Her solution stay in the room with no electricity until the morning when a manager is in.

Followup the next day... manager is not coming until Monday. I was expected to stay in a room with no electronics or ac for 4 day per the hotel despite paying, being down graded or pay more for a suite which may have maintenence issues as well.

They also inserted the lie that I destroyed the room despite me having pictures and them not willing to furnish theirs as is customary to...
