This place is AMAZING!!! My husband and our co-worker ordered lunch from here last week and I unfortunately declined to eat from there on that day, and the second I laid eyes on their lunch I immediately had food envy! It looked so good and I haven't been able to get this food out of my mind since then. So today I made the trek up OBT, fighting traffic along the way to get there and get my very own Tu Casa lunch. Wow, I was NOT disappointed, in fact it might actually be the best lunch I've had in ages!! I had the pulled pork, white rice and beans and words cannot express how delicious it was! I don't know what they do to those bean but OMG...fantastic! Everything they had looked amazing and I can't wait to go back and try the chicken and yellow rice! The portions are huge, enough to feed 2 people off one meal...but don't share, try everything! Best part is you can afford to try it all because their prices are excellent. $5.50 for my meal today (pork, rice & beans.) My only regret is not getting a dessert too...the Tres Leche looked to die for! Like other reviewers have stated, this place is VERY busy at lunch time, so either go on off peak lunch hours or be prepared to wait. However the lines should tell you this place is amazing and worth the drive and the wait!! You will not be dispointed! I rarely leave 5 star reviews for restaurants because most aren't deserving of the coveted 5 star...this place is!! Thank you for the best meal I've had in forever, I will be back soon...maybe...

I’m a door dasher/uber eats driver. This was my first time picking up at this location and unfortunately the staff was very unhelpful. I got there at lunch (peaked hour) I saw they had a long line of customers so I went to my designated pick up counter. I waited there 10 minutes none of the 6 ladies behind the counter acknowledged me. I had to be acknowledged by a guy who came out from the back and said something to the cashier, that’s when she decided to come and ask me for the order name. I showed my phone and she proceeded to tell one of the girls and she came gave me the wrong order. That’s totally fine, we are human and make mistakes. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, I noticed another dasher driver came in. He seemed like he knew the ladies since he started having a friendly conversation with them (super nice) but then he gets his order after a couple minutes. When he left I went to the counter again and ask for my order status, and I heard the lady taking the orders from the kitchen window saying “esa orden está lista hace rato” meaning that order has been ready for a while now. My point is, please be mindful we are working as well, and we have customers waiting for the food just like the ones in your line. Unfortunately my customer and my self had to suffer the consequences of the incompetence of the staff. My customers got her food 30 minutes late and I got paid half is not fare to anyone. Do...

I started calling in a catering order on Tuesday for a Saturday; the lady on the phone said, she was going to give my number to the ‘catering’ lady, so she could take the order. The ‘catering’ lady doesn’t call me back; so I keep calling, and they keep telling me that she’s going to call me back to take my order. She called me back on Thursday, took my order, and told me to make sure I pay when she sends me the invoice; I said no problem. Now it’s Thursday, and she doesn’t send the invoice. I keep calling, so she could send me the invoice; I get another lady to check if she even put the order in, bc I couldn’t pay bc she never sent the invoice! Now it’s Friday, she never sent the invoice, I haven’t paid, and nobody knows if my order is even in. At 6pm on Friday I called another place, they took my order for Saturday, had me pay right there over the phone, and saved the day…no problem! I called tu casa back to cancel the order, they even hung up on me; needless to say I will never again try to order anything from them, forget about passing by to eat there. I would not recommend dealing with them in any way, they are incredibly unreliable. What a hot mess! there’re plenty of great restaurants in the area, no need to deal with these ppl for...
