City Bites — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

SO APPARENTLY IT REALLY MATTERS WHAT TIME YOU VISIT THIS LOCATION AND WHAT SHIFT IS WORKING NOT ONLY DEPENDS ON THE QUALITY OF FOOD BUT ABOVE ALL ELSE THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNTIL TODAY I WAS VISITING THIS LOCATION ALMOST EVERY EVENING AND THE EVENING CREW IS EXTREMELY YOUNG BUT CARRY THEMSELVES A LOT BETTER THAN THE OLDER CREW INCLUDING THE GENERAL MANAGER DURING THE DAY. MY LAST VISIT WAS RIGHT BEFORE CLOSEAND THEY MISTAKENLY FORGOT MY CHIPS AND DRINK SO TODAY W MY ORDER I DID A I WAS ASKED TO DO WHICH WAS REMIND THEM ON MY NEXT VISIT AND THEY'D GIVE ME WHAT THEY FORGOT. SO I DID JUST THAT TODAY W MY ORDER AND NOT ONLY DID THE GENTLEMAN AT THE WINDOW BEGAN RAISING HIS VOICE TO THE POINT THE GENERAL MANAGER CAME TO THE WINDOW TO ASK WHAT WAS GOING ON I EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED AND WAS TOLD SOMETHING ABOUT NOT BEING IN THEIR BOOK, AS IF I HAD ANY REASON TO LIE HE THEN SAID I DON'T THINK YOU'RE LYING BUT STILL DID NOT GIVE ME WHAT I PURCHASED AND DID NOT GET ON MY LAST VISIT. SO I ENCOURAGE YOU ALL TO NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION DUE TO THE HORRIBLE EXAMPLE THE ADULTS...

I am very disappointed that this place allows a thief to work there. My daughter was in a car accident and Jackie Sanchez an employee of this place was at the accident , she stole my daughter's cell phone right from the scene. We did the find my i phone and twice the address the phone showed up at being at was 2 different addresses that lil miss Jackie was at,but yet she doesn't have the phone. This to me is a disgrace I will not eat at a place where thieves and liars are waiting on me! And also when I called this place I got hung up on several times by foolish lil teens.where is the manager while a business phone is ringing 8-10 times repeatedly and then they answer lie and hang up on customers. Man... What can I say? Me and my wife usually gets one of the potatoes which is always amazing they're really good and the portions are huge but today I had a craving for tuna. Don't know why lol. I haven't had tuna in years, but I decided to go there and give it a try I got the tuna on the honey potato bread and oh my God it was amazing Best tuna sandwich I've ever had. And if my sister sees this I'm sorry sister but there's was way better lol. Service is always good some days it takes a little longer than others but that's to be expected. I've never had a really bad experience here.
