Winter before last, I dropped my phone in the snow and was unable to find it for about half an hour, which allowed some snow to melt around it and get into the guts. I was certain it was damaged beyond repair and I took it in to the nearest cricket store (my provider) but FORTUNATELY the store right next to it was ITECH PHONE REPAIR. The Clerk was very helpful and sympathetic as I was certain that the phone was irrepairable. I wasn't concerned about losing my data and all that but there were a lot of pictures.I had not backed up my dog and she was the center of my world until she passed away the month before and that that was more important to me than anything else about the phone. Long story short, Nick Was able to repair it so that I could actually continue using the phone and have time to download and back up all my data, especially those pictures and he did it for a very surprisingly low price. He also warned me that it was a temporary fix and the damage could continue to occur through corrosion. Well, he was right and now, 2 years later, the battery just quit being able to take a charge, so I took it back into Nick. I do not know what wizardry he used, But he Frankensteined It into the healthy corpse of a gently used version of my Model phone. Again I was surprised by the low price. Again, he warned me that some damage can continue. Because there are parts that are so corroded, If he tries to clean him, it will destroy them and I believe him. I know films these days are pretty much disposable, but I'm older set in my ways and familiarities, and to have this man go above and beyond, not once, but twice for me is a quality of service that's rare in today's world. He has very good Pre-owned phones and then try to sell me one. But I will be going back and buying one from him before the holidays hit. I recommend him to anybody and everybody that I can. He also does computer repairs, and may work on other small electronics. So if you've got phone or computer issues , trust itech, take it...

Beware of this place they do not stand behind what they sell in any way. I am from out of town and everything was going bad. I was dropped off at the wrong place in the area by one of the ride services. My phone had shut down and needed to be charged but I didn’t have my battery or cable with me. It was a very hot day and I looked around for a place to buy a cable and battery to get my phone going. I was iTech phone repair in the mall. I bought a battery backup and a cable for my phone from the store to get my phone up and going. I got in touch with the ride service when my phone powered back up. The ride service set someone to take me to the correct location. I gave the packaging for the battery and cable to the person at iTech. He took it and never said a word about if I need to return anything I would need the packaging. The cable is still working ok, but the battery backup never would completely charge up. When I use the battery to charge my phone it would only charge my phone 8% the battery should have completely charged my phone at least once. I went to return the battery and the manager told me I couldn’t return the battery without the packaging. I said no one told me that. He said it say that right here as he moved some paperwork that was covering the store’s policy. It’s very difficult to read their stores policies when it is covered with paperwork. I would not recommend doing business with this store. Why are policies in a place that is easy to cover with paper work and not post on the wall or some place where the policies can be not be covered...

I took my phone to them to see if they could fix my camera and paid them almost a hundred dollars for me to still not have my camera fixed it has been two weeks or more I have taken my phone to them twice the first two times not being the right camera and then was told the will order a phone like mine and use the camera out of it that it would be another week or so and they would keep in touch I have had to be the one to call them every time to find out any answers and now they are not even answering my call at all I don't normally give bad reviews because I'm a very understanding person but this had been a very bad experience especially when they still have my money just uncalled for to ignore someone I mean damn tell me what ever you need to but to not even answer I'm besides myself...so after posting my review they call me and tell me they just got the camera to fix my phone I can bring it in and they will well I do and I also need to have my daughters factory reset so he asked me if I would take my review down and I agreed to do so if he waved the 25 he was trying to charge me for her phone only to get the call he was not able to fix my camera and didn't help with my daughters at all so I'm not only not taking my review down I'm adding to it completely a bad experience all...
