Massages start at $250 and include access to outdoor pools, indoor jacuzzi/cold plunge(at least for women), sauna, steam room, relaxation room. My masseuse Whitney was very friendly and professional. It wasn’t a bad massage, but, I prefer my home spa in Holladay for massages that are half the price. It was odd that they didn’t give us key access to the pool. We were told to call the spa on our cell phones (going through the phone tree) if we wanted to come back inside. This put a damper on our experience as it was snowing on us while we were waiting to be let back inside. The lockers seem to self unlock after an hour or 2. We all locked ours and came back to find them unlocked. When the hostess was finding a locker for us, she opened several with belongings in them before finding an empty locker. They should also assign lockers to avoid advertising that the lockers don’t work and have belongings inside. Locker rooms are kept pretty clean, but get chaotic with multiple large groups booked at the same time. Sometimes hard to find a seat in the relaxation area.

An absolutely amazing experience all around!! From the beautiful, scenic drive up the mountain to the hotel, to driving into the heated garage to valet the car, to the spa itself. It was perfect. My friends and I really just wanted to be able to use the spa amenities (hot tub, sauna, steam room, relaxation room, heated outdoor pool and hot tub, etc). They said if you booked a service for $100, you could have access to the spa amenities, so we all got pedicures. Let me tell you, it was rhe best pedicure I ever had. It was soo relaxing!! The pedicures are 75minutes long and they really take their time on you. It was so relaxing. Jana took care of me and I would definitely recommend her when I come back to visit. The staff was super accommodating, attentive and friendly, the locker rooms were clean and tidy, the relaxation room was so relaxing next to the fireplace or even watching the snow fall in the outdoor overlook room, the outdoor pool and hot tub was the perfect end to our day… overall 10/10 recommend! We will be back!

We scheduled a couple's 50-minute massage that cost $480 with the tip they add automatically. First, the co-ed "relaxation" area where you await your therapists is a joke. There were skiers tromping through, staff chatting and walking through constantly and people using their cell phones. We were waiting in our robes ten minutes before the scheduled massage time, as instructed. Seven minutes past the time the massage was to have begun, we went to the front desk and the staff went into a panic searching for our therapists who eventually picked us up10 minutes past the scheduled start time. We were then led to the room, told to lie down on the tables which took seconds and the therapists then spent another 5 minutes chatting outside the room while we waited. The massage lasted 30 -35 minutes and was mediocre. After, we were rushed out of the room with the therapists standing holding two glasses of water in plastic cups and told for the first time that, if we had paid extra, we could have had a glass of champagne. Hardly worth the...
