I entered this store after being drenched by hailing rain. No one greeted me, though several employees, one, being the manager, were on the floor. A highly "Unfriendly," Krystle approached me and quickly stated that my wait would be about an hour and there were seven people ahead of me. No problem...
Unfortunately, I witnessed a woman, who came in after me, be helped by Markle, who was waiting for customer service to get back to him for another customer. At this point, a couple, who was there when I arrived, looked at him helping her and they walked out. None of the staff acknowledged their dissatisfaction.
It wasn't until Krystle helped another couple, who just walked in, that I began to get annoyed. I literally, watched her grab equipment for these people; then, while Brandon B, Manager, waited for his customer to return from the restroom, he asked Krystle why I was there. I read her lips as she explained that I just needed to return an old phone and have the new phone activated, at which point he backed up so I couldn't see what he was saying to her. In the next moment, I watched Brandon, "Manager," walk over to the couple who came in 3-4 minutes prior and was helped by Krystle, and he helped them- instead of me.
As a woman of color, I usually stay away from the town of Parker because the racism is unbelievable. However, I must express that I didn't expect this type of treatment at XFINITY, but, was clearly treated as though "I did not matter!" Looking forward to speaking with their superior as their behavior was unprofessional as well as disrespectful to any customer and let alone a...
Read moreThis review isn't particularly directed at this store. The in-store visit was pleasant. The internet itself is fine and affordable, although speeds do not reflect what you pay for. Outside of that, nothing but bad experiences. They are relentless in trying to upsell you with deals that aren't without a catch. I was fooled by a "free" ipad promotion that was explained in a way to make it sound great, but then you pay a bloated price ($200 above compared price) on a 2 year "deal" in which you need to give the ipad back if you don't pay off the "free" ipad. It could be a language barrier with support but, I felt pretty ripped off, but ill claim some responsibility for being duped. Additionally, everytime you contact support, which you will most likely need to do, they will try to upsell you. They do it by direct call too. Make sure to check your bill, they will try to sneak in fees that you may not owe. It's my opinion that Xfinity is a company with low integrity, but sometimes options...
Read moreSales rep was tremendously professional and appeared genuine, but left out the most critical part of analyzing our businesses needs - unlimited internet. We signed contract for 1 year, and just found out we left and "unlimited data" carrier to a carrier that "meters" and charges for over usage. Had we known (during Covid) that the increased usage and internet that was metered (not unlimited) would be inadvisable.
We have closed our offices and we work from home, so why switch to a company that "meters" and charges for internet that is not unlimited???
How frustrating and deceiving this is. Just talked to Customer Service who genuinely was apathetic to the problems we were experiencing. Unfortunately, the only thing the gentlemen could offer me was higher data pricing.
Honestly felt like we bought a lemon from a used-car guy that promised a great running vehicle.
Really disappointed and...
