My daughter and son in law reserved your Pasadena location for my Grandson’s 4th birthday.
I have attached screenshots that gives my location to this location, the party package and the game play description!
Upon arrival we were informed that each child (10) will receive a card with 10 “points!” Which in the game play description it states unlimited play?!? We were told that unlimited play is by location and the website is by corporate and the Pasadena location doesn’t do unlimited play. As you can imagine my 24 year old daughter and 25 year old son in law, who both work and my daughter is a full time student DO NOT have the money to purchase enough “points” for l these kids to have a decent time. They could only afford to put 20 more “points” on each card which put more strain on their already budgeted money.
I went and spoke with the manager on duty, Zoey, which helped the most she could. I asked if we could to even 50% off an additional 100 “points” per card, she called Cody Chancey (I assume she called him or another manager, that would need to be confirmed on your end) and came back to let us know that they could only give what this locations game play for birthday parties offered.
If this is how your company wants to do business I can understand why the parking lot was dang near empty when we arrived! This is false advertisement, as it does not state in the birthday party package that it is per location. This was an unnecessary and added stress to a young couple and put a damper on my grandsons 4th birthday!
I feel like some sort of compensation is due to them and a change in your website needs to be addressed. They basically paid $150 for 3 pizzas, 10 drinks and a table for 2 hours. For reference, my husband and I did a birthday at chucky cheese with 1 full hour of play, 2 pizzas, drinks, dessert and salad bar for 8 for the same price.
I hope that you can address this situation and make this right for my child, son in law and especially...
Read moreI visited the Peter Piper Pizza (location 3471 E. Sam Houston Pkwy, Pasadena, TX 77505) on 12.05.2021. I arrived to attend a party. During the party, a man approached the Prize Booth with a large number of tickets, one little girl in his arms, and two little girls following him. I overheard the man ask the employee how he can redeem the tickets. The employee told the man that the tickets needed to be inserted into a machine in order to receive a Total Count Receipt. The man asked the employee if he would help him because he was there alone and had his hands full with three little girls. The employee tells the man, "If you pay me yourself, I can help you insert the tickets." At this point, I offered to help insert the tickets into the ticket taker. The reason why I am writing is because the employee could have had a little more compassion. The man was not asking the employee to babysit. He was simply asking for help. If the employee could not help, the employee could have called on someone who could. That man chose to take his three little girls to this establishment when he could have taken them anywhere else. It is not that difficult to be kind to another person. We never know someone's situation. A simple act, like helping to put tickets into a machine, could have changed that man's view, and mine, on how your establishment operates. Train your employees to be kind to one another. Maybe then, the reviews and reputation of establishments like this...
Read moreFirst let me start by saying I grew up on Peter Piper Pizza in my hometown of El Paso. I have always loved the food and atmosphere. But this review isn't about food it's about community presence and outreach. I have volunteered in the city for over 10 Years with their many sports programs and just recently began an orginization called Pasadena Energy Soccer where we can really push our mission - encourage a love for playing the beautiful game. I recently began reaching out to businesses for sponsorship, gifts, promotional items etc... to reward our participants in our program and help in turn bring awareness and business to those businesses helping us. Without getting to long winded out of the 20 or so businesses I reached out to only one called me back and immediately provided support for our group by providing coupons, free toys, stickers and a few other items our kids will enjoy. In my opinion this is a huge separation from other businesses in the area where i was given a number to call and/or red tape to go through, especially from a large corporation like Peter Piper to have the know it all to keep a presence in the community and make it so simple to partner with small groups like ours and provide a valuable gesture as they did for our group. We will be sure to exclusively have our events at this location. Thank you much appreciated! Shout...
