Firehouse Subs just gave me the fire hose, 97,000 rewards points vanished!!! I used to be a loyal customer of Firehouse Subs, building up 97,000 points over many years, only to have them disappear. I have been out of town for work this year, and apparently, 6 months was enough time for them to decide I didn’t deserve my hard-earned rewards anymore. They changed their rewards program terms without notice (they say they sent 1 email, to customers 1 time, with a book of terms many pages long that no one probably read anyway) and didn’t even bother to ensure customers received it, or remind those loyal customers they’d lose their points if they didn’t cash in fast enough. It’s pretty ironic that a place called Firehouse would treat its dedicated customers like this who spend thousands of dollars at their store. Instead of rewarding loyalty, they just gave me the fire hose. Not only did I lose my points, but I also lost my respect for this place. The new Jersey Mike's across the street just won a lifelong customer in me, as it's clear Firehouse Subs doesn't care to reward long-term loyalty.

First time trying the Firehouse, First don’t believe all the hype through social media with its videos. It didn’t leave up to its quality. I ordered a medium meatball sub. It was dry tasteless and hardly any cheese and sauce on it. They forgot to give me the pickle that comes with it. I had to ask for it, the guy who made the sandwich serves the pickle on a wet napkin from the pickle juice, I mean, where’s the common sense. Gives me plastic utensils and the correct one would be a fork and a knife gives me a spoon and a knife. Can anybody eat a sub with a spoon or a knife? I don’t recommend this place and this location they need to get their act straightened out. Food and service was bad.

My overall 2-star rating is for Firehouse Subs (FS) Corp marketing Dept and the promo they currently have with T-Mobile, the integration is a mess! So many problems in applying promo code into FS app before and after mobile order is placed 15 min. Had to close and reopening app several times, then I called corp C.S. and waited another 22 min on hold cue to speak to customer service, then another ten with CSR who stated she has been dealing with this issue since Tues when it was released - 37 min to place an order to not have my sub show up that I customized, a style of chips I didn't want, and a contribution I did not make.

My 5 stars for Service was for Adorian, Manager on duty, he was great and also commented on so many problems with T-mobile promo, some were the customers fault who did not read the terms of ordering from F.S. App and making an additional purchase to get the free H&L sub once promo code was applied, which for me is what I did, but got an error that it was not available at this location, I also tried another - I think F.S. Corp has placed a limit of the number of promos they decided to accept. T-Mobile customers like me experienced lots of technical issues with F.S. App, the T-Mobile Tues App works just fine. UPDATE: Regarding reply by F.S., apparently replier did not read my review, responding only by the overall stars I gave. I stated that I wasted over 30min on the phone with their customer service, providing my name, phone number, and location. Now you want me to waste more time by filling out another survey on-line, yeah right! Fix your app and honor all customers who take advantage of promo without limitations - See photo I've...
