My two roommates and there seven-year-old autistic son level three and our three cats stayed at this Embassy suites for around 50 days in adjoining rooms due to a fire that happened across the street at our apartment complex. It caused smoke damage to our apartment which became uninhabitable. I have stayed in hotels around the country over the years and some nice ones, but I must say this is absolutely the BEST HOTEL I have ever ever stayed at. The staff is incredibly nice, considerate, polite, helpful, understanding, and I could go on and on. I don't know everybody's names. I just know they were all extremely helpful and so incredibly NICE. We saw only SMILES and GREAT ATTITUDES the entire time during our stay from the staff while we were there. I don't know everybody's name, but thank you so much, Cameron, Claudine, and Paul for always being helpful when questions were asked and for your time. You all are part of a GREAT team. I can't emphasize the comfort that you provided us while we were going through this very difficult time as a result of a fire. We were absolutely amazed with the HOSPITALITY that we received for our entire stay. Everything is extremely well kept, and the rooms are very nice and your maids are 5 star as well. You have to be one of the best Embassy Suites in the entire chain of Hilton Hotels when it comes to hospitality, cleanliness and service. They say you can always get to a man's heart through his stomach. Well, I'll tell you what that complementary breakfast they serve in the morning is the BEST. I learned real quick to get there early if you want to get one of those GREAT omelettes those gals prepare in the kitchen. They are the best and they have the greatest attitudes to wake up to in the morning as well. That complementary breakfast is absolutely the best breakfast I've ever had in all the hotels I've stayed in over the years. I want to thank you so much. We are so so so GRATEFUL for the time spent and GREAT SERVICE and GREAT ATTITUDES we received during our stay. THANKYOU

Love that they allow pets, more specifically cats! Very welcoming initial greetings from entering throughout the door and each day/entire stay! Staff were great and very accommodating! Good size parking, nice bellhop trolleys, lots of very clean and well maintained facilities- from workout room, to common areas, to bar, to outdoor seating areas, and pool/hot tub area. Never unkempt, even with the heavy crowds (Thanksgiving and Soccer tournament). Rooms were very clean, well stocked (toilet paper, paper towels, regular towels, coffee/tea, cups, etc.), nice layout, wirh comfy couches/chairs and bed. Awesome water pressure, with full wall shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The golf course hitting range was conveniently located right off the back side past the pool, kinda nice to sit in the hot tub in the morning/afternoon and watch the golfers warm up. There is also a long trail (that's mostly paved) that runs along the course a good way. They host a plentiful breakfast (much more than continental) and a happy hour for guests daily from 5:30-7:00 with select beers, wines, and liquor (mixed drinks) as well as chip, salsa, and snack crackers such as goldfish or cheese-itz. Very good location, close to freeways but not "too" close, near a mall as well as a Target and several places to eat.

We thought the title Embassy Suites by Hilton meant it would be a quality hotel than was clean and in good shape. We were wrong. My family and I arrived late for check in, and the first problem was dirt and trash and toenail clippings on the floor. My wife is very sensitive to grossness and this set off her gross meter badly. Also the tub was in terrible shape, all cracked and falling apart. (See pics). We talked to the staff, and they were nice, and we moved to another room, the only other one available, and it was a little cleaner, but still everything was worn, somewhat dingy, and clearly not up to the standards we imagined from a Hilton. And the bed was terrible too, huge hole in the middle. And it was $280 for that ONE night!!! And they charge for parking in the front lot! The one bright spot. The breakfast was superb though, for a hotel. I'm not sure what happened, but they have gone so far downhill. We had planned to stay for 3 nights but we checked out the next morning and found a different, MUCH CLEANER hotel for less money, and with actual QUEEN beds, and not these tiny "Fulls". I'll give two stars instead of one because the problems weren't life or death, but we won't be coming back. Goodbye embassy suites.

I came with my family around July 4, staying for several nights. We were disappointed in the pool situation, and management’s handling of it.

The pool has ZERO rule enforcement. No lock on the gate, and no wristband checking… It can get wild there. During my 3 night stay, I saw people who weren’t guests helping themselves to the pool, people getting belligerent on outside drinks, people blasting music on speakers, SMOKING cigarettes and weed around my 1yr old baby. I even saw some people who just jumped in the water in their jeans and whole outfit, which is damaging to the pool filter. Water quality was visibly poor.

Most of all - the entire time we stayed, hoards of unsupervised minors were tearing the place up. About 30-50 hyperactive teenage kids watched by 2-4 uncaring adults… making huge waves, cannonballs when it says no diving, and taking up the entire pool space to do acrobatic tricks. And they’d be there all day, making the pool hostile for my young baby to try a little swimming with me. Other paying guests like us were looking miserable trying to relax by the pool.

I personally got hit by a stray ball 4x, either in the pool or while protecting my kid sitting on our chair. Enraging.

So we lodged a basic complaint with the front desk, who seemed very aware of the nuisance group and told us when they were checking out. Since they were there for our whole stay, the woman at the front desk offered to remove the cost of parking for us, as a gesture of customer service. We didn’t ask for it, but we thanked her and went on with our short vacation. Not once did anyone from the front desk come out to the pool and reprimand, or reinforce any of their rules posted around the pool. ALL of which were being broken.

As we’re checking out, the man behind the desk denied any evidence of front desk offering us free parking, the day prior, saying “there’s no notes, how do I know it was true”. Then dismissed our complaints, saying “yeah well it’s a holiday weekend so…” So we didn’t even get the parking or our concerns listened to in the end.

I get very little vacation time, so when I booked embassy suites I thought it would be more family friendly. Make your pool enjoyable for the hard working, paying adults too, please. I will never come again or recommend this brand, and I continue to question my loyalty/...

A solid 4 stars for this older, but renovated property. It served us well while staying for a nearby wedding. It's about a 20 minute drive from Old Town Scottsdale. Read on for the Pros and Cons...||PROS:|Spacious suite room with living room, desk, kitchenette (m/w, fridge, sink), balcony with furniture, 2 TVs, safe, iron, long mirror, hair dryer, pump containers of lotion, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.|Great views over the pool, golf course and mountains. Watch the golfers at the driving range!|Decent breakfast was included, although we didn't rave about it as much as some other reviewers did. (Made-to-order pancakes, waffles, omelets, cold cereal, oatmeal, bread items, juice, coffee, tea, yogurt, fruit). Would prefer some plain yogurt and grainy breads. Made-to-order line was slow.|Cold water available in the lobby. Hot drinks available in the morning.|Tickets for daily Happy Hour in the lobby lounge bar included a limited selection of drinks and some snacks like crackers and veggies/dip. Nice touch!|Two elevators.|Friendly staff. |Generally quiet. (We paid extra to be on the top floor). ||If you found this review useful, please give it a thumbs-up. Thx. ||CONS: |Parking is $13/ni (Summer 2025). Sorry, I hate paying for hotel parking. |Not enough hooks in the bathroom. I ended up draping my used bath towels over chairs in the suite living room area.|Found a long hair on a clean folded towel in the bathroom.|We arrived 30 minutes before check-in and had to wait 15 mins past check-in for our room, even though we'd checked in on-line and picked out our room. After being in the car for 7 hours, we just wanted to get into our room!|Paid extra to be on the top floor, but it was quiet. This seems to be the latest way to get more money out of guests.|Made-to-order pancake/waffle/omelet/egg station was slow. |Pool was on the small side. Hot tub was weak.|Three sets of towels in the bathroom -- while we appreciated one extra set, why not give 2 extra sets each? (Total of 4 sets).|~Four unaccompanied kids were running around at 11:20pm.||If you found this review useful, please give it a...
